I completely understand how frustrating this must be. It’s  disappointing to lose something you paid for, especially when you were just about to use it. As a VIP, you should feel like you’re getting real value from your membership, not unexpected setbacks like this. 5. Find the review you want to change and click Edit when you are done changing the rating
