I realised because the very nice man who delivered it showed me how to use it
It was his first day. He did a good job.
It was sorted efficiently and a swop was organised and I received the self propelled mower last week.i was impressed at the customer service and the fact that I could speak to someone.in an office!!

Good Value, great product, personal service.
I found Just Honda really good to purchase from. The website is clear and full of the right information for a gardener looking for the right Honda equipment. Once I had placed the order the team kept me up to date with delivery information which was done by their own team. We live in a fairly remote area in Upper Teesdale and so with this in mind the delivery was within a short time period. The mower was delivered by a very friendly member of staff, primed with oil and petrol and ready go. He also demonstrated how to use the controls. This was helpful as its function is a bit more complex than other mowers.
Iâm a happy customer. On top of this the machine came with some freebies including a spare blade.

I am one of the few with a low rating..and i am surprised at myself that i am doing it. I have had petrol mowers for the past 30 years and have a reasonably sized lawn. in 2022 my petrol mower of about 10yrs gave in and i had to buy a replacement. I had always wanted a honda mower but i decided to do a through review and of course honda came out mostly top in the petrol versions. My wife had then read how petrol mowers are really bad of rate environment so i went bak to the drawing board but still Honda came out good, so i took the plunge with an Ivy HRG 466 XB plus two 6Ah batteries ordered from Honda...despite the frustration of a significant delay in delivery due to one of the batteries not being in stock my mower arrived, late by 6 weeks and the grass full on insects after not being mowed. i still was enthusiastic, even when one of the batteries seems to have a fault. 2 years of happy mowing followed. but after a no mow May and about 5 months of non use the batteries, yes both batteries have been declared dead by the dealer and out of warranty.....so its no no mow June. I now read in Reddit rechargeable batteries last circa 2/3 years, is this true and at £200 each that's a new mower virtually every 2 years or is it honda batteries as my neighbour is happy mowing away with his cordless Husavana, bought at the same time, but delivered in 2 days not 6 weeks and whose batteries are going strong. the dealer shrug their shoulders and said we have 4 batteries in stock but you better buy now as they will go and we have no idea when we get more...reflections on the issues at the beginning. I have written to Honda, no reply as yet and did say i would leave a review.
Conclusion Honda are good but i am never trusting a cordless, so i have a mower i can't use and probably can't sell and have to buy a petrol versions, still love a honda but its hard to persuade my wife..feels better writing this review thanks if you read it
