Just Property were incredibly attentive during my purchase of a property in Bexhill. The process was ridiculously prolonged by probate but JP were on it throughout, providing regular updates as communication was key in keeping me sufficiently patient to see the purchase through! Everyone at JP was cheerful, positive and encouraging, confident we’d get there in the end - and we did. It was the best service I’ve ever received from an estate agent and yet I’ve experienced many. Thank you SO MUCH Colin and Siobhan - and Darren for the glory part (!!) - the handing over of the keys. I would always highly recommend you and shall look to return should I ever sell!

We've been considering whether we should spend some money improving our house, and whether it was worth it, or if we should just move again, and have been keeping an eye on Right Move for a while. With that in mind, we thought we should get it valued, and didn't hesitate to get in touch with Just Property again after such an excellent service with the sale of our last house and purchase of this one. We were delighted to see Austin on our doorstep once again, as he'd shown us our house originally 6 years ago. It's evident that Austin really enjoys his job; he's enthusiastic and knowledgable, honest, frank and logical with advice, whilst also being personable, and down to earth. We trust and value his opinion, and based on his knowledge of the market, Austin was able to give some excellent insight and advice about where to focus our attention on making improvements, and made us view our property from a different perspective.
