Recently sold my house with the Just Property team. Really happy with the service. Everyone was extremely professional, communication was excellent and they went above and beyond.
I was especially happy with how compassionate they were with me considering I was selling my late father's house and came to them after having a bad experience with a different company. Everything went very smoothly and quickly. Super happy.

We felt that we were in safe hands throughout the buying process. I had bought previously with Just Property so had every confidence in their ability to deliver a trusted professional service.
We were kept updated regularly and are pleased with how the purchase of my Mother's new home was handled. A big thank you to all involved.

A big shout out to the team at Just Property, Hastings. They dealt with our sale smoothly and efficiently. In particular, Kyle, who helped us achieve three offers within the first week. Kyle then guided us through the twists and turns of a what turned out to be a long process. We learnt to trust his assessments based on his deep knowledge and experience. Top notch!

We had not moved for many years and things change but Just Property were really helpful from the beginning, finding the right property for us to buy and keeping us in touch with the progress of the purchase procedures. Ashley at the Bexhill office went out of his way to liaise with our solicitor and keep everything going smoothly to completion. Excellent service!

I considered several agents before settling with Just Property. This was primarily down to Austin who initially valued. I found him straightforward and realistic. He also took the time to discuss options. Although my sale was a little protracted (no fault of the agent), I then dealt with Colin during progression. I found Colin to be equally straightforward, honest and easy to deal with. He was dynamic in moving things forward and kept in regular contact. Having regular communication from these two partners was reassuring. They were always accessible and I felt their commission rates to be reasonable. Thank you both for your assistance with the sale.

Ashley and the team at Hastings were very helpful and informative keeping me up to date with developments during the time I spent viewing,through to purchasing a property via their agency.

What can I say? Kyle and everyone who I have had dealings with at JUST PROPERTY have been amazing. I have been doing a long move from Devon to Hastings and it has been very stressful! When looking at properties the JUST team were very helpful and always gave me plenty of information and plenty of time. They even held my dog for me while I looked round. It got to the stage when I was relieved when a property I liked was marketed by them as I knew I could rely on them. Kyle was doing a sterling job trying to make sure my purchase caught up with my sale and we were almost ready to exchange when disaster struck and my buyers pulled out. Kyle again stepped up and organised a grace period while I found a new buyer. Luckily, it has all gone through quite quickly after that with Kyle again doing all the right things to make it happen. On exchange day, it was Kyle who rang me to let me know it had all gone through. We all tend to give estate agents a bad rep but JUST are the exception in that they are exceptionally good at their job! Thank you!
