Very professional service, super helpful, communication was excellent, they were always available to answer any questions. They truly went above and beyond and made the buying process seamless. I highly recommend Just Property to anyone looking for a reliable and efficient estate agent.

Ashley and the whole team at Just Property provided an excellent service when I purchased my home in St Leonards. I was kept up-to-date with the latest developments, and all queries were answered quickly.

This is our opinion. From the moment the agent came through the door, was polite, understanding, actually listened to what our apprehension was regarding selling our house which we have occupied going on 58yrs.
Completely and utterly professional from start to completion. I could text, phone and they always responded in a very friendly and relaxed manner which gave us a great feeling that they were there for us.
All staff that we came into contact with were excellent.
If anyone is thinking of selling, give JUST PROPERTY a try. If I could give 6 stars I would not hesitate.

Just Property have been amazing from start to finish. From Ollie - the first estate agent that showed us round to Colin who has been dealing with us for our first purchase as first time buyers. I came across a property for sale I have admired for years that went up for sale with Just Property. It only took them two weeks from that date of me making an enquiry to finding a buyer/offer for the sale of my property so I could secure an accepted offer. This timing is outstanding.

I dealt with Ashley Hodd throughout the process and whilst we were faced with hurdles you expect to break a chain Ash saved it, kept it together and made it happen effortlessly. The hurdles had potential to be really stressful for me however Ash managed it all from start to finish and delivered. His experience and customer service stands out from the rest and it’s so refreshing to be able to trust and recommend someone in this field so highly especially through what is meant to be one of the most stressful experiences. He is a credit to the company. The entire team/company smashed it. I was also always warmly welcomed/directed so professionally over the phone by Kyle, Ollie, and Issey. I wouldn’t recommend anyone else.

Just Property were engaged to sell a property in Hastings when we were not always there. They were courteous and responded to any queries quickly and efficiently. we were very pleased by the service offered by Ashley Hodd and the other staff that we dealt with.

Due to poor service we have received from Fox and Son's we were quite emotional even heart broken at times, but Colin truly cared and made sure we reminded positive, he did this even out of his working hours. He was just unbelievable, so supportive and at the same time determined. Fox and Sons haven't been in touched at all, it was Just Property who communicated with his clients, us as well as our buyers, including all chain solicitors and lenders. It was Colin who managed to exchange our contracts. I just can't find the words, his work ethic, knowledge and care is really just unbelievable and so rare, we will be grateful until rest of our life.

We had a difficult sale with a very short time between exchange of contracts and completion. Ashley Hodd of Just Properties was very good at keeping us in the picture as details unfurled with near daily updates on the phone. He put our minds at rest that the sale would get to completion and we are very grateful of his services. We would have no problem recommending hm to others.

Moving house at the best of times is stressful, and our was came with lots of stresses and strains- but the support and reassurance from the team throughout has been second to none! The team are incredibly professional, they really had our best interests at heart when selling our property, I really liked how they were open, honest and transparent throughout the process.
All of the team were incredible and I’m sure at some point I talked to Everton but I particularly need to thank the following staff members: Ollie, for being the first estate agent that was open, honest and kind, you generally wanted to helped and we didn’t feel like you were just trying to get our business.
Issy and Isla, were always so incredibly kind on the phone and really fighting our corner at times!
Big thank you to Harry for helping us finally seal the deal with new buyers and working hard to get everything done before your work day finished!
But my biggest thank you is to Colin, who was in charge of our sale, no phonecall or email was ever to much for you, you spent so much time reassuring me and really fighting to protect our chain. Colin went 100000% and beyond with dealing with our potential exchanging when boarding a plane to go on holiday as we had come so far and he didn’t not want to finish the job! Colin was so lovely communicate with and helped make light of situations!
