I called Just Property due to a change in my circumstances and needed a home valuation. Such an easy process, staff on the phone were really helpful and friendly. I was booked in within days of my call.
Austin turned up, really nice and friend put me at ease.
He was so considerate and understanding to my specific requirements, were able to help and advise me.
Nice to have that personal touch. Hoping to sell next year-2025. I would only use Just Property, wouldn't go anywhere else. Thanks Austin

This was the Estate agent for sellers but Colin was more than helpful to us in chasing up all participants in our purchase of the property when things were getting tardy. Done with speed and good humour all through. Would be happy to use again if the need arose

I had a very tricky sale that was managed expertly by Colin Siggs. Without his input, dogged determination and expertise the sale would have collapsed. There is no better estate agent in Hastings and St Leonard’s and if you are going to sell a property he and Just Property should be your go too

Colin from Just Property managed the sale of my parents property, keeping the progress of the other parts of the chain on target. We were kept well informed, progress was smooth and a good deal of stress was avoided. I thoroughly recommend Just Property.
