Exceptionally disappointing
Exceptionally disappointing. Ordered around 6th August, still no radiator by 8 September. 2 failed deliveries, where they hadn't followed delivery instructions and sent it on a vehicle that was too big to access the property and an attempt where they failed to put the radiator on the van. Order cancelled in the end. Currently awaiting refund.

Hi GJ, thanks for your feedback. We're sorry to hear how disappointing this experience has been, and we completely understand your frustration given the length of time you've been waiting.
Unfortunately, the initial delivery failed as the delivery restrictions for the property hadn't been passed to our transport team when the delivery was booked. While the radiator was being returned to us, it was unfortunately damaged in transit, meaning we had to arrange a replacement and reset the original 1â2 week lead time.
We always ask for any delivery restrictions to be provided when arranging delivery so we can ensure the appropriate vehicle is allocated. Where a delivery is unsuccessful and the radiator spends additional time on transport, there is unfortunately a greater risk of damage occurring.
We appreciate this has resulted in a much longer wait than expected, and we're sorry we weren't able to complete your delivery as planned. Your refund request has been passed to our Accounts team and will be processed within the next 24 hours.

almost a 5 star rating, just lost it on one issue
i must admit that dealing with Just Radiators was almost a 5 star rating. the products are great, the pricings are some of the best around and when messaging the company they were fairly quick to reply.
so why did they loose a star. well their website states Free UK Delivery (on almost all products) and also on the product that i was purchasing stated Free Next Day Delivery. when i put in my details to purchase the item, including my postcode, the option for delivery disappeared, collection only available. when i contacted them they said that i will have to pay for delivery. at 2 points it was stated that it is Free UK Delivery, including on the product page. it was not the product that forced the delivery cost but my postcode, I live in Scotland, it is still mainland UK, we have many main roads, we do not need specialist equipment or mountain goats to get deliveries to us, we are not on a separate island, you do not need special visas and inoculations to allow entry, delivery trucks of all shapes and sizes go past every day. so why, when they state Free UK Delivery and Next Day Delivery, did i have to pay and then wait 5 days for my products?
apart from that they were a good company to deal with but if you are going to state something on your website then you should abide by it.
