Everything was perfect!
We enjoyed the tour with great visits, beautiful hotels, the guides were very friendly, interesting and they adapted to our group. Always on time, no waiting period during the stay.
The tour is very well thought out we could see very beautiful and different panoramas . We recommend strongly the Agency ! they are very friendly and competent!

Merveilleux voyage en couple. Très bien organisé à la carte avec des guides francophones excellents et très sympathiques. De magnifiques découvertes, visites, activités. Nous avons des souvenirs plein la tête. Nous recommandons Vietnam Découverte sans aucune hésitation et nous recommencerons, leur sérieux et leur professionnalisme sont à noter 5/5 !!

Trip of more than 3 weeks for us, a couple over 70 years old, still toned. We talked a lot before. The agency, recommended by friends, is very responsive and always finds a solution to our requests.
Flawless organization on site with very interesting guides who speak French well and the driver.
2 internal flights between Hanoi and Hue and between Da Nang and Saigon (Ho Chi Minh) perfectly organized with reception on arrival.
Our route, our hotels, our boat on Halong Bay, our activities according to our desires decided before and adjustable on site.
No worries throughout this long journey. The agency asked for news regularly by phone via wathsapp or to find out if everything was going well.
We have traveled the world a lot, few agencies are as concerned about our well-being.

La he pasado muy bien, visitando Ha Giang durante un circuito organizado por su gente. En esta provincia del extremo norte de Vietnam, fronterizo con China, hay muchos pueblos alejados, poblados por comunidades étnicas muy calurosas. El guía que me acompañaba hizo todo lo posible para satisfacer mis curiosidades tanto sobre la mentalidad de los autóctonos como sobre su gastronomía. Las noches que he dormido en unos homestay fueron particularmente interesantes para enterarme de los modos de vida locales.

J’appréhendais ce premier voyage en solitaire et j’ai décidé de prendre l’attache de l’agence Vietnam Découverte. Linh, ma correspondante, s’est tout de suite montrée ultra disponible, à l’écoute et rassurante. Nous avons échangé sur mes envies et mes attentes et elle m’a concocté un magnifique séjour sur 15 jours dont je garde des souvenirs extraordinaires. Je la remercie encore aujourd’hui pour ses conseils et ses propositions qui se sont révélés être de très bons choix. J’ai senti dès le début de nos échanges que cette agence était sérieuse et incontestablement professionnelle. Je me suis engagée les yeux fermés sans la moindre crainte. Dès mon arrivée et jusqu’à la fin du séjour, la prise en charge était parfaite et conforme au programme validé. Toutes les informations utiles m’étaient transmises et j’avais une interlocutrice privilégiée, Huong, sur tout le déroulé du séjour qui d’ailleurs était soucieuse de prendre régulièrement de mes nouvelles. Les guides et les chauffeurs sélectionnés par l’agence m’ont tous témoigné leur gentillesse et leur bienveillance. Pour ma part, j’ai eu la chance de profiter d’un moment privilégié avec les membres de l’agence (diner chaleureux) et c’était génial !! Encore une fois, je remercie vivement Linh pour son implication, pour ses recommandations (villes, sites, hébergements, excursions, etc.) et pour l’organisation globale qui était vraiment au TOP avec une disponibilité (avant, pendant et après) sans faille !!! A peine rentrée mais déjà hâte d’y retourner pour découvrir d’autres régions en toute sérénité avec Vietnam Découverte 😉

This agency organized the best tour possible in the North of Vietnam for me and my family. The tour was perfectly paced, our amazing guide Long was taking care of everything for us, and we just had to relax and enjoy the wonderful sceneries. Highly recommended!

I have spent 3 beautiful weeks in Vietnam.
It was a beautiful trip to discover the different cultures and traditions all around the country.
The life in the mountains with the ethnic people, their rizieres, lakes and their beautiful mountains…the modern life in the city…and the peacefull Halong bay… The trip I made was very complete to see the most important places in Vietnam. Sleeping in the people houses in the mountain was a beautiful sharing moment and of discovering. This trip was an unforgettable experience thanks to our super guides from which I have learnt a lot about the life, the culture and the tradition. And to the agency with specially our travel advisor Thom for her help, advices and the good organisation.
