Commande passée le 29 novembre 2024, Karhu m'informe que le colis n'a pas pu être livré et qu'il a été retourné à l'expéditeur le 12 décembre 2024 ! Nous sommes le 11 mars 2025 et j'attends toujours le remboursement de ma commande...SAV inexistant et incompétent ! Je regrette de ne pas avoir regardé les commentaires avant d'effectuer ma commande

Expérience absolument détestable pour une commande de paire de lacets on me renvoie vers des distributeurs vers des vendeurs qui eux-mêmes peuvent pas commander de lacets il y a strictement aucun service client il faut boycotter cette marque à moins qu'elle ne se décide à répondre à ma demande

UPDATE: Après bientôt 3 mois j'ai enfin eu gain de cause. Mais franchement c'était pas gagné, passez par le chat dans leur page de contacte, j'ai l'impression que ca a plus d'impact.

Commande passée il y a 2 mois, toujours pas livrée. Apparement ils enquêtent mais visiblement on a pas affaire à Sherlock Holmes vu le temps que ca prend. Service client désastreux et à la limite de l'irrespect dans leurs messages.
On attend toujours le remboursement, si leur enquête aboutie avant que Xavier Dupont de Ligonnès soit retrouvé.

Obwohl ich die Schuhe sehr schön finde, ist der Kundenservice eine Katastrophe. Ein paar Schuhe wurde angeblich nicht retourniert und über Monate habe ich versucht eine vernünftige Antwort zum Stand der Retoure zu bekommen. Es kam immer nur die Standard Antwort "es wird sich jemand in 1-3 Tagen bei Ihnen melden". Nie kam auch nur ein Hauch ohne, dass ich nachfragen musste.

Ich gebe jetzt auf, aber als Kunden haben sie mich für immer verloren. Viel Freude an den 110€!

J'ai fait l'erreur de commander sur leur site, à la réception des chaussures bon de retour absent dans la boite ! et maintenant la communication est impossible avec le service commercial qui fait semble de ne pas comprendre ma demande.
Résultat mon argent est chez eux, et le délai des 14 jours pour le retour va passer ...

Ik stuurde een defect item terug, ik wacht nog steeds op terugbetaling... Triestig bedrijf. Koop hier aub nooit iets.

Avoid ordering from Karhu. No return label, instructions in the pack are directly misleading (they ask you to create your own return label in these terms: "For the return label you will need your order number (example order number: SO1234567)". This does not work, with the website saying that all items for this order are already registered. The customer service on the phone then say you should use a different number instead, and deny that the instructions are wrong. Once you then try to use the (secret) correct number, the system allows you to insert your reason for the return, then fails to display any options for the method of the return, freezing above a black box. Fortunately I had stayed on the line and demanded that they email me the return label – but essentially, the only way to get a return label is to waste a lot of time on queuing and then persuading the recalcitrant customer service on the phone that their instructions are as incompetent as they are. And from the other reviews, I can see that they still tend to fail to make the actual return payment, so it will probably have to be a regulatory complaint to get any money back. What a mess.

Na eerste regenbui liepen de kleuren van de sneakers door elkaar. Karhu weigert een refund.

Still waiting for a refund after two months. Customer service isn’t responsive. I hate this.

Les chaussures sont hyper confortables mais les parties de nylon clair se tachent à la cassure et sont fragiles par jours de pluie les tâches d'une manière générale ne partent pas même à la brosse avec savon de marseille

3 weken geleden schoenen besteld en betaald. Tot op heden geen schoenen gezien. Telefonisch 5x gebeld en voortdurend hetzelfde antwoord: we kampen met een storing. Ik heb verzocht om de bestelling te annuleren, gezien de bruiloft inmiddels al voorbij was: niet mogelijk!

Ze kunnen niet aangeven wanneer het is opgelost, maar je moet maar geduld hebben. Ook een compensatie is niet mogelijk. Ontzettend slechte klantenservice.

Ik ben 140 euro kwijt en heb niks!

Absolutely terrible customer service. If you're thinking of purchasing anything from Karhu think again and purchase through a proper retailer that distributes their products. Due to a mix up with a birthday present I'm left with 2 x pairs of trainers and it's impossible to get a response from them.

It's really an absolute mess. Bought some trainers and did not receive an invoice. Asked the support for it. Waiting for weeks, nothing happens. Nice wear, customer support is a catastrophe.

Am liebsten würde ich null Sterne vergeben, das geht leider nicht!

Beim Artikel KARHU ALBATROSS CONTROL LILY WHITE/SILVER EU 44.5 US 10.5 löst sich bereits nach zwei Wochen beim linken Schuh das Netz an der rechten Seite. Der Preis des Schuhes war immerhin 110,00 €.
Unverständlicherweise schließt das Unternehmen einen Umtausch aus. Sie schreiben, ich soll das Anliegen direkt an das Geschäft weiterleiten, wo ich den Schuh erworben habe. Diese schließen eine Rückgabe jedoch aus, weil das Produkt reduziert war.

Der Kundenservice lässt sich mit seinen Antworten zudem unendlich Zeit.

Ich erwarte eine komplette Rückerstattung oder einen kompletten Austausch, da ich ansonsten den Konsumentenschutzverband konsultieren werde.

Dieses Unternehmen ist absolut nicht empfehlenswert.

AVOID ordering anything directly from Karhu. Poor customer service and communication. I sent my trainers back for refund the day after they arrived as they were too big. I was told I’d have to wait up to 30 days for a refund. It’s been over that time now and I’m still waiting, dispute contacting them several times to chase. They have stopped replying to my messages. I can see that they have been delivered back from the tracking.

Na mijn klacht over het niet terugbetalen van het aankoopbedrag mailt Karhu dat de retourbetaling via hun hoofdkantoor in Amerika verloopt en dat het daarom zo lang duurt.
Dat is een leugen!
Mijn betaling is gedaan op de Nederlandse Paypal rekening van Karhu; paypal*karhueurope 35314369001 nl. De terugbetaling kan simpelweg via deze rekening uitgevoerd worden op mijn Paypal rekening.
Het geld staat dan binnen enkele dagen op mijn rekening.
Het hoofdkantoor van Karhu Nederland staat ook niet in Amerika maar in Amsterdam.

Een terugbetaling via Amerika is grote onzin.
Van euro’s naar dollars en terug van dollars naar euro’s.
Dan heb je te maken met koersverschillen. En dat veroorzaakt kasverschillen in de administratie van Karhu.
Karhu schrijft allemaal leugens.
Eerst een verkeerde retourbon vertrekt. Pas na een week een nieuwe per mail ontvangen.
Karhu Nederland is onbetrouwbaar.
HEEL OPVALLEND. Bovenstaande tekst heb ik ook naar Karhu gemaild. Een 1/2 uurtje later is mijn aankoopbedrag vanaf dezelfde Karhu Paypal rekening teruggestort op mijn Paypal rekening zonder de inhouding van de € 5,= behandelingskosten.

The shoes press on the little toe and the big toe. The insole presses on the sole of the foot. There was no return receipt and I had to print it myself. The return is also not free and that's not good customer service. With these prices their shoes must be perfect. Karhu needs to go back to the quality of the 90s if they want to survive in today's markets.

2 pairs of my trainers that are not even a year old are falling apart, the fabric at the top near the ankles is splitting away and breaching! I have barely worn them but no help from customer service.

1 pair of my husbands is also falling apart, the stitching came apart and Karhu wouldn’t do anything about it!

Horrendous customer service, no help at all! It’s almost like they don’t care about anything but selling the trainers and making quick money. I wouldn’t recommend purchasing from this company at all, not even from an independent retailer who sells Karhu!

Sort yourselves out Karhu! Your products aren’t cheap but they are falling apart, you blame your customers for faulty trainers as though we are the ones damaging them, making them fall apart. Sure I would love to waste my £120 and ruin my own trainers? It’s not our fault, start helping us!
