Karhu レビュー 

Karhu lost my order (purchased on March 3rd 2024) and will not refund me (currently 25th April 2024). Its customer service takes a week + to reply and they just use the excuse of the internal department not getting back to them.

TRUST THE REVIEWS - DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM.

Ik heb nieuwe KARHU SYNCHRON 2.0 HEREN hardloop schoenen gekocht bij #All4Running. Na ongever 150/200 km lopen begon mijn zool al te scheuren. Nu loop ik weer op mijn oude schoenen want de oplossing laat op zich wachten.
Waarschijnlijk zal ik niet meer voor Karhu kiezen.
Jammer dat er geen foto kan bijplaatsen.
Binnen 3 maanden na aankoop verwacht je toch een snellere oplossing.

The shoes look fantastic and are comfortable however they feel apart after 6 months.

On the toe there is only single stitching and has come apart on both the trainers creating a hole.

Also, at the top near the ankles they have become worn out and the fabric breached.

Customer service couldn't help and the same for the retailer we bought from.

For £120 would expect better.

Such a shame as wanted to buy from a smaller brand compared to Nike etc.

My Kahru running shoes began to break apart 5 months after purchase. Was purchased at a running store and their policy was not to return after 30 days so I contacted Kahru directly since the shoe was breaking down. Kahru basically said too bad and since I didn’t purchase directly for them they couldn’t help. The corporate office of Kahru couldn’t help…
My wife’s identical model bought on the same day began breaking down in the same location so Kahru asked for pictures. I submitted pics and they still said they couldn’t help. Why ask me to submit pics of you can’t help. These people are terrible to deal with and they finally offered me a 25% coupon. For junk, no thanks. Terrible company, even worse customer service.

Have extra money to waste, buy a pair of Karhu shoes!!!
I bought a pair of it from a retailer (654 Stockholm) in Sweden with a promising recommendation of the shopkeeper.
Used them casually in urban areas for less than a year and they’re torn so bad that I can only throw them away.
Contacting the customer service of Karhu was just a disappointment.
Never again the same mistake!!

Comfy trainer but became unwearable sfter 6 months, Karhu are expensive and designed for athletes, I expected good quality.
I’ve had better quality for knock off brands. I asked Karhu to repair them and they are unable to, offering a small discount to repurchase. Expensive trainers that will inevitably last 6-8 months of moderate wear.

Commande passée le 4 décembre, échange avec le service consommateur le 7 décembre, 12 jours et 3 emails plus tard aucune réponse aucun envoi mais compte débité. ça sent limite l'arnaque...

Mijn bestelde schoenen waren redelijk snel bezorgd.
Retourneren duurt 3 weken(!!!)vanaf het moment dat ze het weer binnen hebben.
Een maand wachten op je eigen geld!
Daarnaast moet je zelf ook betalen voor het retourneren.
Een schoenmerk met retro schoenen uit de jaren 80 met een retourbeleid uit de jaren 80.

Waardeloos merk, je koopt voor veel geld een Sneaker waarbij na 2 keer regen de kleur volledig is uitgelopen (binnen 3 maanden) en Karhu wil niks weten van compensatie/klacht e.d.
Bespaar je zelf de miskoop.

Retourzending gestuurd. Echter verkeerde schoenen terugbetaald. Kreeg 135 terug in plaats van 170. Zou aan mij liggen omdat ik een verkeerde doos heb opgestuurd. Het waren twee identieke dozen. Hoe moet een klant dit weten?
Gewoon lomp antwoord ja heb je zelf gedaan wij betalen niets terug. Wat een bagger bedrijf.

De Karhu Fusion schoenen zitten voor geen meter meer na een paar keer dragen. Misschien ook niet zo gek bij schoenen waarbij door de fabrikant wordt aangeraden om 1,5 maat groter te kopen. Volgens de schoenmaker een gebrek aan kwaliteit en gedegen ontwerp. Toch hebben ze hier bij de klantenservice geen boodschap aan. “Het zal wel aan je eigen voeten liggen en succes ermee”. En de 100 paar andere schoenen die ik in mijn leven versleten heb dan?

Kortom, bespaar jezelf een hoop ellende en bestel schoenen van een degelijk merk, zoals Nike of Adidas, waar wel sympathie is voor de klant.

Maat klopte niet voor mij, dus schoenen teruggestuurd - geld nu, na 1.5 maand, nog steeds niet terug. Ze vroegen naar m'n verzendbewijs (die ik nog had), maar nog steeds m'n geld niet terug. Incassobureau nu ingeschakeld, daarvoor waarschuwen hielp ook niet. Dan maar verdere stappen ondernemen, maar wees gewaarschuwd! Niet te vertrouwen dit bedrijf.

De Karhu schoenen zijn een miskoop geweest. Ze zijn van slechte kwaliteit en gingen binnen vier maanden kapot bij de rand bij de enkel en de veters. Toen ik de klantenservice belde, kreeg ik geen enkele compensatie of garantie. Ik vind dit merk een afrader als je waarde hecht aan kwaliteit en service.

Horrible. I purchased a pair of shoes from retailer Fleet Feet. The sole separated (split in two) within four months. Initially, Karhu replaced the shoes, which was great customer service. The replacement pair split at TWO months. I WALk in these shoes. No running. No intense activity. The company refused to acknowledge the defect in the manufacturing and offered 25% off a new pair. Absolutely pathetic. I was told the supervisor cannot be reached even by the customer service reps. What? Worst customer service EVER. No stars.

Zeer slechte ervaring met dit bedrijf! Mijn Karhu schoenen zijn na 3 maanden al stuk! Karhu weigert deze te vergoeden. Als reden wordt dan gegeven dat mijn voet langs de schoen heeft geschuurd........

Terrible customer service. The laces snapped on my shoes after wearing them a handful of times. They have to send me new laces or even let me buy new laces. Very slow to reply to any message and now have asked me to send the shoes back at my own cost to determine if they are faulty. Terrible customer service - I would not recommend buying from them directly.

Wish I'd checked here first! Saw some trainers and decided to pay full price from the official website as out of stock on lots of discount sites. They've sent the wrong size shoes (11vs 10 I ordered) and are now saying I have to pay to return them. Requests to send the correct item have been dismissed - communication has been quick but they're not budging. So I'll have to get a refund from my credit card co as they're refusing to send the items I ordered. Frustrating as they're lovely shoes!

Zeer slechte ervaring. Kapotte sneakers ontvangen. Na overleg met hun klantenservice teruggestuurd en zou mijn geld terugontvangen. Na het retoursturen hoorde ik verder niks. Geen bevestiging van ontvangst en wanneer je je geld terugkrijgt. Dus zelf maar contact opgenomen. Anderhalve maand en veel mailtjes en telefoontjes verder nog steeds mijn geld niet terug. Ze wilden nu ook mijn verzendbewijs hebben. Gelukkig had ik die nog. Maar ook dat blijkt nog niet genoeg om mijn geld terug te storten. Steeds moet ik 'wachten' omdat ze de vraag nu weer ergens hebben uitgezet. Zeer klantonvriendelijk en onbetrouwbaar. Wees gewaarschuwd.

Netjes verpakt, leuke site en snel geld terug ontvangen.
