Great service, great choice, professional installation. The stove looks fantastic, we're so pleased with the job KHS has done and we loved the extra touch of having a starter pack of logs etc included! Have already been enjoying it and look forward to many a log-burning night ahead this winter.

KHS just replaced my very old Woodwarm stove with a new one. The installation was complex, as they had to remove a stubborn old chimney liner too, but the two guys worked hard all day and got the job done very neatly.

Gas stove installation (that we were told wasn’t possible!) KHS knocked out our oversized, modern, brick fireplace to replace with a gas stove. Sam & his team were efficient, professional, tidy and friendly & we wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them!

We've been so happy with Kent Heating Solutions, from the first time we contacted them all the way through to the completion of the job, they have been friendly, professional and really helpful in all communications. They took us through our various options and were always happy to answer questions and offer advice on what could be done with our installation and the end result is absolutely fantastic. We are so happy with the job they have done. On the days of the installation, the guys turned up exactly when they said they would, worked extremely hard, kept me up to date and did a really impressive job and even more impressive cleanup, you'd not even know they had been in the house! Sam and Tracey at KHS are amazing, very quick to come and do a site visit, recommended a stove to fit my fire place and then the work was done and stove fitted in a matter of weeks so we were toasty and warm in time for Christmas 2020.
I would recommend them to anyone thinking of having a log burner fitted.

we had a got stove fitted from Kent Heating Solutions Ltd i asked for a 7/11 stove as it would be our only heating i found out two years later that it was only tested for 4 hours and not recommended for 7/11
when i asked the owner of the business he called me a Liar then we had smoke coming out of the top and i asked for help and got told get to some one else
and they had to take the stove apart and seal the top
as this had not been done ae i trusted them i would not recommend them
