Terrible service
Terrible service. They do not answer their store phone, takes days to respond on WhatsApp. I've tried numerous times to contact them, after my purchase. I purchased the office product, I advised them that it's not working.... To date I am still awaiting responses. I requested a proper form of communication, still waiting!!!!!! I have work and assignments that need to be done but they do not care to assist. This is the worst experience I have had with a company. It's extremely disappointing.

Hi Tanya!
We're truly sorry to hear about your experience and understand how frustrating this must be.
We want to clarify that our WhatsApp line was unfortunately down for over a month due to issues with our old device and the transition to a new one, which made it impossible to recover any previous chats. This was outside of our control and we sincerely apologise for any delay this may have caused.
We’ve checked our records, and the last email we received from your side was in October 2024 — we didn’t receive any recent follow-up after that. We always encourage email as a reliable method of communication, especially when there are urgent concerns.
That said, we’re more than happy to help you get your Office product working. Please feel free to send us a WhatsApp message using the same number or email us again so we can assist you immediately. We want to make this right.
Thank you for your patience and understanding.

First Class
First Class service and support. Just be sure to check your Junk Mail folder for the Key - some email servers put it there for some reason.
