7 months battle with my landlord who tried to weasle his way out of every single legal breaches and the only thing we could nail him was the tenancy deposit scheme as the law was black and white on it.

Response to the firms response - The firm have flagged my honest review of their behaviour. The reply is again not an honest reply and they had multiple opportunities to respond to my enquiry and I have contacted Trust Pilot and offered my evidence to support my honest review.
Please do not waste your time.
Made enquiries to this firm after being recommended. After being told costs over the phone I was awaiting for the costs to be provided in an email. The costs provided did not match the website and therefore not transparent. A requirement of the Solicitor Regulation Authority. I was also advised that they would find a barrister who was specialised in the area of law my matters related to. 5 weeks have now passed, deadlines approaching and no communication from this firm. I have given them over 14 days to reply, emails requesting information on costs have been ignored and they wanted my ID to open a file, refused to return calls, failed to give me the information so I can make an informed decision. 1 solicitor at their firm was provided with files to consider matters and then came up with her own narrative and version of events based on no facts, clearly the files had not been read nor would she advise if there were costs involved or was it being considered on a No Win No Fee. She left it till a week before to tell me she was going on holiday and therefore would have never been able to deal with the matter nor meet a deadlines and she wasted 5 weeks of my time. When speaking with her on the phone, she was quick to jump to conclusions and was rude. Not proactive, no communication, no costs put in writing and when someone clearly refuses to put in writing what was discussed, met with no information about a barrister they said they could get gut instinct was telling me not to trust them.

Excellent service from Nazanin at Khan Mather Solicitors. Nazanin kindly took on my case after a previous solicitor dropped the ball and she was quick, efficient and maintained a sense of humour throughout.

A complex transaction was handled by Sara with professionalism. This was a protracted sale that involved lease enquiries and an onerous amount of requests from the buyers solicitors. Sara had my back through all of this and was great counsel, supporting my decisions and acting with my best interest.
