Tanya was my Conveyancer for the purchase of a property up north that was built around 1910. Her attention to detail and diligent working method highlighted a fault with the Land Registry records. Her tenacity ensured that the sellers solicitor and the Land Registry acknowledged the issue and the deeds were updated.
