We have used this company for several years and appreciate their exceptional service. Yesterday we arrived home to a freezing house and called their office to ask if we could get help. They called back after a few minutes to say that 2 engineers would be out within 2 hours. So grateful - Friendly, efficient and knowledgeable.

Two great lads came to change my radiators. Very good job done and respectful. Left no mess at all highly recommended

Jeremy at KHS has always provided me with a professional service whether it is for a planned service or on an emergency call. Recently, I contacted KHS about my boiler not firing up late one evening. Jeremy attended early the following day to ensure we had heating and hot water without delay.

Our boiler developed an error which turned out to be an internal leak. Further examination showed quite a few other components (seals, electrodes, etc) had deteriorated very badly. Jeremy and Dan did a great job getting it working again. They are very good at explaining what needs doing and I felt their advice was trustworthy and knowledgeable.
I have no hesitation in recommending them to anyone with a heating problem.

didn’t realise I’d switched my boiler off from the mains but had noticed I had no hot water or heating. Called Jeremy, who helped me over the phone, realise my boiler was not broken and I was in fact an idiot and had switched the boiler off by the mains. Saved me a call out fee and the embarrassment of realising this face to face.

The cold weather had arrived and NO heating was on when I got home from work!! It was late in the evening when I spoke to Jeramy, he was brilliant and came out the next day and fixed both heating problems. I can recomend KHS any time!

We had a blocked sink, it took 3 weeks for this plumbing firm to sort it.

We were trying to give them a second chance, we have a leak on the toilet cisten and it doesnt flush waited 5 days now, no plumber and they have just said it may be some time next week.

I would avoid this company in the future.

From my initial request for help when our shower sprung a major leak to the fitting of a new shower the service has been prompt, friendly and effective. I particularly like the text message to say they are on their way, giving an eta and the name of the plumber attending. I will be asking them to service our air source heat pump in the new year.

The service and quick response was outstanding. Dan was friendly, efficient and helpful. When I need a new boiler he talked me through the options. Within a couple of days Dave was back to fit the boiler. He was outstanding, tidy and very quick. He talked me through the programmer and was kind and patient. The boiler works a treat lots of hot water and loads of pressure. This is some of the best fitters/plumbers I have every used and I was delighted with the service and have no problem to recommend them to others. I will continue to use them for servicing. Do not touch this company, left with a freezing cold shower and won't answer calls or messages!!! OK to take the money but can't solve a problem!!!

Superb service - needed a quick oil boiler repair and service on a Saturday, Daniel was here within hours. All sorted and very professional and friendly. Will use this company for all future services.

The original builder placed a few cables in the unexpected place behind the old boiler which did not help but you resolved that for me. I have to say you also fitted the ceiling hatches in my study so well one would not think they are a recent addition. All was left tidy! The installation in the airing cupboard looks very neat, nice workmanship, done with pride. Well done and thank you.

Very professional team came to fit my boiler. Jeremy the owner came around the day before the new boiler installation to check everything would go smoothly on the day and all was perfect.

Dan arrived this morning to fit a new radiator, completed the job cleanly and efficiently, a thoughtful worker and fitted a drain for the system which we did not have without being asked ready for August for two more radiators to be fitted. Cleared everything up after him and left the home clean and tidy, a very pleasant & helpful lad. Have used KHS for years and would highly recommend.

First class service from a great team. The quality of workmanship was fantastic. KHS replaced our ancient boiler & antiquated hot water system with a much more efficient and user friendly system. It was a complicated and involving project on a very old house which required a lot of planning and expertise which KHS delivered brilliantly. The team are incredibly knowledgeable, conscientious, friendly, punctual and reliable which was so appreciated. Dave's pipe work is also a work of art! We would highly recommend KHS and we will be definitely be using them again for future project.

Jeremy and the guys are highly skilled engineers which are difficult to find these days . Jeremy is extremely competent is very reliable .I highly recommend, he’s a keeper! Great communication and value for an excellent service!

Fantastic service from a friendly and helpful engineer. Came out straight away and identified the problem with our ancient boiler. Fitted a new one for a good price and sorted out the radiators that were not working. Will definitely use again and thoroughly recommend.

Absolutely superb service when we were badly let down by British Gas. Despite having a Homecare agreement, they were unable to attend till after Christmas, potentially leaving us without heating or hot water for 10 days and with a vulnerable family member. KHS resolved the problem quickly and efficiently and at a good price - great communication and an extremely kind and helpful engineer. Can't recommend them highly enough!
