Outstanding service!

I had been left without heating or hot water when an engineer contracted through an insurance company told me my Worcester boiler wasn't fit for economical repair and needed to be ripped out and replaced. I didn't believe this to be correct so contacted Worcester and was advised to get in touch with a few accredited engineers near where I live. Jeremy at KHS Heating was one of them. Luckily Jeremy had a free couple of hours, he came round quickly, assessed the boiler and said it was easily fixable. He went out and bought some parts, repaired it and serviced it within two hours for a very good price! He also spoke to the insurance company who were prepared to take a lot of money from me for a new boiler to tell them their engineer's assessment was incorrect. KHS saved me money, gave me reassurance and are very reliable. Thoroughly recommend!

Jeremy and Dave, who did our boiler / central heating installation are top guys. In addition to a first class job, they worked till 8pm the previous night to finish the previous job because they were suddenly a staff member down and they didn’t want to let us down. Would recommend them 100%

I would recommend KHS Heating & Plumbing to everyone. Fantastic Service! Their team arrived at 8am to complete a new boiler installation for me, lifting the floor boards to run new pipework to the airing cupboard, through to the loft and removal of the old boiler and cylinder, leaving my house at 7pm to get the job done!

The team were respectful of my home, professional and friendly.

They explained to me how to use the new system and about the work that needed to be done so that I could understand.

I had a question following the boiler installation and Jeremony was round to assist on the same day.

I had KHS install a new combi boiler in April 2022 to replace the original conventional (cylinder) one as a prelude to a loft conversion.

Jeremy worked with us at the quote stage to ensure that the work that would be carried out would fit with the future work we had planned.

The installation was done by Dave and was completed on time and with no issues.

The boiler stopped working yesterday so I called Jeremy at about 17:30 who talked me through some steps to try to identify the problem. He asked Dan to come and see what the issue is in person for the next morning, and also arranged a call-out from the boiler manufacturer for me just in case.

Dan was very helpful talking to the builders to identify what the cause might be . It wasn't anything to do with the boiler at all; it was something that had tripped as part of the loft conversion work.

Overall a fantastic experience all-round, from quote, to installation, to customer service. I will be recommending KHS to anyone who needs any plumbing work done.

Would not hesitate in recommending Jeremy. He came round on a Sunday an hour or so after I reached out. He checked out my boiler and referred me to fixed price repair from Bosch which worked out at a very reasonable cost.

Jeremy was very quick acknowledge for the broken pile that leaked near the boiler and very quickly fixed it. He very caring to put everything back together for me and also gave me lots of advise to me to think ahead of replacing a new boiler in the near future. We urgently needed a new boiler installed and KHS was not only the fastest to get the job done, their advice and expertise was a level above the other plumbers we had out. For any plumbing jobs KHS are certainly some we will call again. And they are just genuine honest and nice guys as well, so simply a pleasure to deal with.

If you need a solid boiler fitter then Jeremy and his crew and the guys to call. Our boiler decided to self destruct and ruptured water everywhere, Jeremy was the first person that I contacted. He promised to come and look at the busted boiler the day after I called and he was true to his word. He delivered a quote and once that was accepted by myself he arranged to be back at the house and ready to fit the new boiler at 8am the next day and without fail he and Dave were not only early but ready to get the work started and completed in a day.

Absolute top quality work from a crew of good guys, I can heartily recommend these guys for all boiler and heating related work and I'll be contacted them again if I ever need any more work done.

After British Gas let us down (25 days before callout) the only thing they did right was to give us contact details of KHS.

Within 2 hours of contacting them, on a Saturday, Kevin was knocking on our door. He quickly determined what was wrong, ordered the required parts and come back to fit them within a couple of days. What we really appreciated was that he kept us fully informed at every stage.

As our boiler was getting on in age, we discussed various options regarding replacement that were open to us. Kevin was impartial, but professional, in his advice.

When the boiler went wrong again a few days later - a totally unrelated issue - we decided order a new boiler with KHS.

This was fitted by David a few days later.

The service given by both Jeremy and David was in our opinion outstanding and I would have no hesitation to recommending KHS to anyone.

Jeremy is incredibly punctual and reliable, he came out for an emergency call and diagnosed the issue with our boiler within 20 minutes. He also installed a smart meter for us and went out of his way to get the job done. Jeremy is not only brilliant at his job, he's also an absolute gent! Highly recommended.

Thoroughly recommend KHS Heating & Plumbing. Jeremy came out to help us on Christmas Eve night after our electric boiler started spewing water and tripping our power at about 8pm. Genuinely believed there would be no hope of saving Christmas but Jeremy was with us within about 30mins, with a smile on his face and delivered a masterclass in polite efficiency. We gave Jeremy and KHS Heating & Plumbing a difficult job to install a new outside boiler and remove the existing hidden away old boiler and work around difficult access to get to everything needed to do the job. This was a difficult project, involving replacement of a very old and poorly maintained oil-based central heating installation for an elderly and vulnerable relative, complicated by the fact that I live 50 miles away and could not be present to monitor activities. I therefore needed someone who was not only knowledgeable and capable, but also reliable, trustworthy and a good communicator. Jeremy of KHS Heating and Plumbing proved to be just the right person for the job.
