A bit slow on delivery. Not the part I wanted.

Right part the first time. I would buy from them again !

Part replaced old gas cap that no longer "clicked" when fully tighten. Worked and fit as specified.

I got the right part, at a good price. Delivered in a timely manner.

Oder was two days earlier then expected. Exact part,fit perfect

After finding reviews for other websites that carried the same part, I was afraid to take a chance.

I then found KiaPartsNow.com and ordered Part No. 52910J9000 for my daughter's 2020 Kia Soul since an elderly lady forced her off the road, resulting in one of my daughter's rims being severely bent after hitting a deep pothole. After taking pics of her rim, I was able to find the exact rim on KiaPartsNow.com.

Upon arrival the rim was in perfect condition and was an exact duplicate of the damaged OEM rim, including the same engraved Part No. and Kia logo.

Didn't like paying the expensive shipping charges, but to be fair a rim is fairly heavy.

I had an extremely disappointing experience with the Kia Parts team. I spoke with a manager named Michelle, who was passive-aggressive, dismissed my concerns, and ultimately hung up on me. At one point, she even suggested I “just Google it” in response to a simple question I had. I spent over an hour and a half going back and forth with the team via phone and email, only to feel ignored and frustrated by the lack of professionalism and support. Never using them again.

Recieved the correct part in a timely fashion. Pricing was on point. Definitely the place from now on to get my parts!

Their inventory which utilizes your VIN# marked a part as being compatible with my vehicle was incorrect. The RMA return process is being refused because the package was opened.

This company doesn't stock any parts. They are a third party retailer with warehouses they don't control. They cant get you an update on an order. Their customer service is terrible. Part of my order was missing, never shipped. I had to wait 3 days after contacting them and then they wanted pictures. Then they had to review and make a decision. I tried calling them, very rude people. Wont help in any way. Buy direct from your dealer. If you order online at the dealer, the price is almost the same. Wish I new this before dealing with this insufferable company. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else.

I was given the following estimate by a Kia Dealer to replace 2 filters:

CABIN FILTER $76.95
AIR FILTER $69.95

I am a single 72-year old woman and knew I could change them myself in about 15 minutes. So I started looking online for the parts.

I found KiaPartsNow website and was able to get 2 of each filter for $65.18, with shipping & handling of $23.90

You are my go-to company for Kia parts!!

The part I ordered was sent with a defect that I documented with multiple photos. After multiple back and forths I finally received and RMA, returned the part by paying for my own shipping and then never received a refund! I'm now out $90 and PayPal was no help. This website is a total scam! Do not buy!

Ordered an uncommon engine component for a 15 year old Soul. Part showed up within the week. I paid under dealer list and shipping was less than it would have cost to drive to the dealer. Happy customer.
