Kidd Rapinet ('KR') acted on behalf of my mother for the sale of her house. Whilst I was the main contact from day to day, KR always kept my mother's interests uppermost. Even though I was trusted family, KR took their responsibilities very seriously and always ensured that I was completely acting with her consent.
KR also took care to keep us informed when matters were not progressing, so that we could provide additional support to complete the sale in a timely manner.

I have been using Kidd Rapinet for many purposes across the years. On this recent experience, I wanted to recognise an excellent support from Cyrus and Kinga. Very driven, very clear, their support has been outstanding from the start. Many thanks, highly recommended for managing freeholder / leaseholder topics.

We had a initial consultation regarding an employment issue Kathryn was meant to get back to us but after leaving a number of messages with the assistant and been over 2 weeks and still nothing, please stay away from Kidd Rapinet unprofessional and lack of customer services

Hello…. Lisa McGrath dealt with probate for myself since I lost my mother which was difficult and a shock. Lisa was always professional and empathetic over the Exchange of face to face meetings and emails. I had some issues with Land Registry that needed sorting, but knew that it would be a long process. Kinga was handling my inquiry and was diligently chasing them up to process my request. She would email my updates along the way so I was never kept in the dark. Very professional overall, with clear communication & proactive approach. Would definitely revisit again if I needed help in the future.

I recently required the services of Kidd Rapinet and I found them to be pleasant and helpful to work with. They were skilful and provided a very efficient service.

Dilmeet was my solicitor at your firm. He was very much helpful and kept me informed throughout the whole process. He also took time to explain things and made sure i understood certain things. This was my first experience in buying a property and he made it go smoothly i would highly recommend him.

As far as solicitors go, they've set the bar in the property industry really high. Great service, excellent communication and very impressive turnaround times in what was a very challenging time.

Great service with setting up our wills. The process was made simple and easy to understand. Highly recommend.

Unfortunately we have also experienced a similar issue to the previous bad review left by Mr Westlake.

We were contacted to say the Land Registry required additional paperwork before the land could be registered. This came 19 months after completion.

When we queried why this was still outstanding we were told this was due to a backlog of applications due to the Stamp Duty holiday. However looking at the reply to the previous bad review, it appears they were emailed by the Land Registry to a closed email address.

After speaking to our new solicitor they advised they haven't had any delays with Land Registry and their applications were taking on average 6 months. They have advised we go to the ombudsman.

This has held up our staircasing process which has ended up costing more money than intended as we are now on a flexible mortgage term while we are stuck in limbo and if this isn't sorted before our current valuation runs out, we will have to also pay for this again.

I wouldn't recommend them to anyone and I wouldn't use them again myself. Just hope this is sorted swiftly.

I was professionally and promptly assisted by Ms Afshan Malik during the process of donating a property to my daughter Francesca. This was a big positive change in respect of the previous assistance by Mr Yogesh Patel, who didn't answer to my numerous emails from March 2020 onwards. At the end, in September 2021 Ms Afshan Malik appeared on the scene, being always present and prompt to assist me closely. Thank you Afshan.
