Beware buying from this company. They will scam you and steal your money. Send you faulty items and if you raise a dispute with Paypal they will trick you to send the faulty car using your own money and will not pay for the returns

Do not use this company. We bought a gift for our daughter for Christmas. It worked 3 times and then broke. I have spent the last 3 months trying to get them to send a replacement product. 3 times I have been told that the part has shipped to me. 3 times nothing has arrived. They do not answer the phone. They do not call to explain. You’re lucky if you get a response to your emails.
Court….here we come!

Ordered a JCB ride on digger from this company, charged me for 2 day delivery and a week later there was no sign of it. Attempted to contact them every day via phone but no one answered.

Luckily paid via PayPal so was refunded after making a dispute. Will order from a more reputable site that will actually deliver what they offer.

Poor poor poor customer service avoid this company the stock isn't there they will take your money then email saying on inspection the item was damaged so couldn't be dispatched.... They claim to ring you but don't they email but then claim they didn't receive your response.. They don't answer the telephone but ask you to leave a message however their mailbox is always full so can't accept messages.. Spoke to a Daniel on live chat claimed to be checking stock for a replacement but never came back to the live chat.. The company is a scam and should be taken down

Worst company and employees I’ve ever dealt with. My kids expensive e motorbike failed well before 1 year, I seeked help in order to obtain support or even spare parts to purchase . Jack responded eventually and told me that he would contact the manufacturers and get back to me asap with solutions but never did, despite many emails urging him to reply. TRULY AWFUL COMPANY, MY ADVICE IS TO NEVER USE THIS COMPANY AND LOOK FOR ALTERNATIVE SELLERS.

Similar experience to the below. Called two days after ordering saying they didn’t have the colour. Then no shipping updates. Then when chased they said order was shipped by turned back. Then promised a Monday delivery. No delivery. Chased again and they said cars wouldn’t be delivered for Christmas but an alternative could. This car was much smaller than my original purchases resulting in us only wanting one for my two year old and having to scramble for a big present for our five year old. Then they delivered two cars. When contacted about sending back, constant refusals to send me an updated invoice (as the new car was less in price). Pick up organised for tomorrow is the extra car, and just received an email with the incorrect refund amount. Nothing from accounts, just from this mysterious “Jack” character.
Absolutely shocking customer service. Very disappointed.

Ordered an electric scooter for my main Christmas present on 6 December, was chasing this on the 18th was told it would be delivered either that day or the next as they have had problems with Amazon shipping, if it didn’t come they was going to send out a replacement next day. It never come, called again to be told Amazon said they are going to deliver it by the 20th, again never arrived to then not receive no phone calls back or reponses to my emails and no scooter arrived. Emailed again on the 24th requesting a refund and yet again still no email back or a phone call back after I have left many messages. They have lied and robbed me of my money, my son was without his main Christmas present because of these. If they was just honest I could have purchased a new one elsewhere in time, but they left it to late for me to be able to do so. I’m a nurse and work as much as I can with 4 children, so Christmas is always tight, but this company ruined my sons Christmas and anyone thinking of using these, do not give them the benefit of the doubt!! They will sell you a dream, take your money and then ignore you.

Even 1 star is too much. I wish to read this reviews before I deal with them.
My purchased car came scratched all around. Poor customer service. Poor product. And forget about return or refund. Scammers

Ordered a 2 seater ride on kids car, had an email to say that it was a “stock error” and they were sending a replacement option. They sent me a single seater that would “fit two kids at a push” and it was tiny. No response from calls or emails, avoid.

An awful experience, absolutely terrible customer service, DO NOT spend your hard earned money with this awful company!

Ordered off the website, was called 2 days later to say item was no longer available in chosen colour due to a stock error, offered a choice of alternative colours, chose one and confirmed it was identical bar the colour. 4 days later received another email saying there had been another system error and alternative colour was an additional £450!! Identical car but different colour!!!

Basically a scam company, many reviews below sharing similar story’s of system errors and requests for additional money before sending items if at all . . . These company’s don’t deserve to exist!

Now we are left missing the main Christmas present for our child 6 days before Christmas.

Sadly experienced the same as other reviewers and suspect this company to be a sham. Order not dispatched when promised. Contacted the info@ email address, received a reply from "Jack" who claimed to have tried to call me, offered generic reassurance but ignored specific questions and then stopped replying altogether. Order then updated to "shipped" but no tracking info provided (despite requests) and item still not received.

I ordered an electric tractor for my sons birthday, I placed the order on 22nd October with a 2 day delivery.
On the 23rd October I was informed that despite the website saying they had stock they did not and that I would not be able to get the tractor until the 14th November. As I had ordered well in advance I did not think that this would be a problem, so agreed. When the tractor had not arrived by the 15th of November I got in touch again, apparently 'they had been trying to get in touch', I find that highly unlikely. I was told they would not have the product I ordered until Feburary, but I could get a different one in time for my son's birthday. I am ashamed to say I accepted this. I was promised delivery for 21st November, this did not happen. On 22nd November I requested a refund which they said they would process. I have contacted them multiple time since, but still have not recieved the refund (date of writing 10th December).

I was able to get the product I actually wanted from a company called RiiRoo, I was able to pick up the product the same day and their service was incredible. DO NOT USE kidzelectriccars, use RiiRoo

One of the worst experiences I've ever had with a company.

Had to pay extra to upgrade my bike as my first purchase was out of stock.

I was lied to twice saying my order had been dispatched when they didn't even have it in stock.

I then demanded a refund which was a task as it's impossible to speak to a human being. Endless answer messages and when you try to enquire on the live chat they simply end it so they don't have to deal with you.

There are plenty other companies out there offering better customer service and far cheaper prices!!!

Terrible company to deal with from start to finish avoid at all cost.

Bought a part for my grandsons tractor in September. it never arrived. chased them on numerous occasions and no response. have since bought this directly through the peg perego website. it arrived in 2 days

Terrible experience. Extremely late delivery then zero after service. I'm left with a purchase that missed delivery date by two weeks a purchase that is now not needed and zero response for a refund. Do not use these schisters!!

Ordered an paid for a quad £119 sent one similar worth 59.99 as stated in the paper with the box when emailed told I was sent the right one, then when asked for a refund and return the order no reply kept emailing and chasing no response rip off company do not order

I recently purchased a kids electric car from Kids Electric Cars, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience!

The product range is truly impressive, with so many options to choose from. Whether you’re looking for something sporty or a classic ride-on, they have it all.

We did encounter a bit of a hiccup with the courier on delivery, but I must commend Peter from the Kids Electric Cars team.

He was incredibly helpful and attentive, quickly addressing the issue and keeping me updated throughout the process. It was reassuring to know that someone was there to resolve everything smoothly.

Once the car finally arrived, my kids were absolutely thrilled!

The quality is fantastic, and they’ve been having a blast driving around the garden. I highly recommend Kids Electric Cars for their amazing selection and exceptional customer service. Thanks to Peter for making our experience a great one

Promised delivery in 10 days, 7 weeks later and still waiting. Despite several emails sent, there has been no response. I have now reverted to writing to the director of the company and await his answer, but I won't be holding my breath.

An immoral, greedy company that make false promises and let children and adults down. A shambles of an experience.
