This is my third Epson printer. Each time I have upped the model and facilities. Each time the cost of cartridges have increased considerably. The reason for change has been down to Epson, and I am sure other brands, is ther in-built obsolescence. Replacement ink pad usually cost over 80% of the cost of a new machine! While on costs, the price for a full set of cartridges for this latest model Expression XP-760, will cost around £70 some 85% of the cost of a new unit! This latest model has lots of nice features but is shiny, noisy and feels of a lesser build quality to my previous RX585.(Great printer/scanner). Another issue is that Epson continue to produce new printers but do not carry cartridges forward. Therefore one can be left with a stack of cartridges once the printer becomes inoperable. Like the previous model, if you have just one colour ink empty the machine will not even print monochrome! I have had this for a week now, printed over 100 pages and I am experiencing poor print and gasp of colours. A call to Epsom service and was told to perform at LEAST 4 head cleans, turn off, turn on and it should clear. Also the cartridges that came with the unit empty VERY quickly as I am also told they fill into the machine so any further cartridges will 'appear' to last longer! Hopefully this issue will not reoccur. 'Clunky' paper tray and CD tray (one on RX was so easy to use). Set up was very easy and Wi-Fi to phone works well. rest of software is same as precious so no great effort of having to re-learn how to use. Great price from Kingsfield and even better delivery. Opted for the free- three day but it arrived less than 24 hours the following day! Brilliant.

I bought an Epson 1500W printer, which was very well priced with free delivery. Quite a bargain.
Online ordering went smoothly with use of Paypal. When I also phoned to check delivery I was dealt with politely and felt that Kingsfield really wanted to be helpful. I couldn't ask for more.

Never heard of Kingsfield Computers before but they came up on a Google search when I was looking for a particular Epson printer. The price was the best by far, the independent reviews were good and they accepted Paypal which persuaded me my purchase would be secure. The order process was quick and straightforward, email contact kept me up to date with the order and it was delivered within 3 days, Just great service and price and will certainly be the first place I look for any future, similar purchases.

Found Kingsfield online and was not disappointed. Prompt delivery and excellent brand new product at the best price.

Have always had Epson printers, looked at reviews before I installed the printer, followed the guidance on the printer screen and monitor. Had no problems installing the ink cartridges and paper and photo paper. I am a 67year old lady with few technical skills but am very pleased with my purchase .

After doing some research for a new printer for my home office, I decided to move to an A3 printer, and this Epson got very good reviews. It is larger than I'd expected though, but that makes sense, being able to scan and print at A3. Some further research showed that Kingsfield offered the most competitive price.

I was very impressed that the printer arrived the following morning. This was followed up by a polite and friendly email message that enclosed a copy of the VAT invoice.

This has been my first experience of using Kingsfield, but I have been impressed!

Found Kingsfield computer by accident, glad i did. Phoned them on Wednesday to check on product in stock. Ordered an Epson XP760 Printer Wednesday afternoon 19/8/15 with FREE 7 DAY DELIVERY.To my surprise Thursday morning it was delivered before 8.00 am. THANK VERY MUCH FOR YOUR GREAT FREE DELIVERY. I was lucky to find "Kingsfield" when looking for a new Laptop computer.
Not only were they one of the few suppliers to have my specific choice of model and specification in stock, but their price beat all the out-of-stock suppliers into a pulp!
In addition - as I wasn't in a hurry - I opted for the "7 working day" free delivery choice. Ordered late Wednesday pm it arrived first thing Friday morning [that same week]!
What great service!

We paid £9.95 for next day delivery, the item arrived 6 days later. I called a total of three times, the first lady told me that the item would arrive yesterday and she would refund the next day delivery charge which was fine. The second told me they would call me back with details and never did, and the third person just told me they didn't know where it was. We had no explanation when it arrived, no e-mail to give us a heads up on the slow delivery, and no follow up calls. Very disappointed!

I had such a nightmare trying to purchase a lot of IT equipment on behalf of my company. Sue Ganatra, Account Manager at Kingsfield Computer Products went out of her way to assist me with my purchases, and without her, I don't know how i would have progressed this order which was urgently required by four sites I am responsible for. Talk about going the extra mile - she went several more! Fab company to do business with and they will be first on my list when requiring any further IT kit in the future.

I could not believe how fast delivery of an Epson printer was. I ordered it late on one day and it arrived the next afternoon. Very impressed, on top of which it was the cheapest i could find. I will be back in the future to purchase other items I need.

Excellent service really good price would definitely use again

It looks like an honest familly business, providing good service and Ok prices but definitly too slow for 2015. It is also not suitable for surf on mobile. too bad

As a new customer to Kingsfield Computer Products I am very impressed with their prompt delivery and competative pricing.

I have placed an order on the website and the company cancelled it after 10 days saying that the items prices have gone up soon after I ordered those items. The company promised delivery within 7 working days and have not informed me of any changes to my order, which happened after 7 days.
In my case it looks like that profit is more important to company than its reputation. I wont' recommend any business with this company.

I placed an order with this company in February, and they took the money from my credit card. I am still waiting for the goods in mid April, and they ignore letters, emails and phone calls. However, I don’t think they will ignore a county Court summons.

Order came next day even though I went for the free 7 day delivery so was very surprised and happy with this. Communication was excellent with some questions I had before purchasing and price was the cheapest I could find around. Would certainly recommend.
