Paid for 48 hr delivery checked tracking and said delivery had been attempted so I checked my CCTV and no delivery was attempted Royal Mail lied so now 72 hrs later Saturday morning still nothing I've had dealings with radio superstore in the past and I'm not impressed it's a side company of Moonraker and moonraker are a very reliable company so my advice is deal directly with Moonraker

Ordered on Saturday morning payed for next day delivery didn't get the item untill the wednesday not good customer service

They double checked that i ordered the correct ear pieces for the model of radio before sending them.
Delivery was very prompt.

After I placed my order I was emailed & received a phone call to make sure the earpiece I ordered was correct & compatible with my works radio before being dispatched. Anne couldn’t have been anymore helpful than she was. Will definitely be ordering from them again when needed.
