Contacted this company to see if they could help with my claim. Got through to Sofia who was brilliant in dealing with my query. Sofia took me through the process step by step and promised on everything she said she would do. Sofia helped me sign up to the portal so I could track my claim. Excellent service and very professional.

Had a couple car finance claims from years ago, Jamal and Adil have kept me updated from the begging great service 👍

I am getting numerous emails from Kingsnorth about a claim for finance. Im not sure if its legitimate or not but looking on here does anyone else find it odd that everyone has spoken to someone called Sophie? There cant be one person working for the whole company or everyone called Sophie? Does anything have a number for them i can ring to find out more information?

I have never been in touch with this solicitors regarding PCP. I have now received a few emails and text stating my signatures are mismatched - I have never signed anything for them. I contacted MSE who have said not to give out any details - they charge a shocking fee for a process which is free of charge otherwise. Shady!

Sophia was fantastic, she explained everything to me to help me understand.
Every question i had she was patient and answered it for me.

My claim is still being assessed however, in the meantime, I have contacted Kingsnorth with an enquiry and I found them to be prompt in response and very helpful and informative.

The swiftness of getting a reply to my query. I was just following up on a claim I submitted last year and to be honest I wasn't really expecting to hear anything, but the reply to my question was almost instant and Sophie outlined clearly the path the claim will be taking..Well done on your level of service.

I was contacted back in December 24 with the possibility of a PCP claim on past car finance. Filled out all the forms immediately but nothing heard since.

They called me over 3 months ago regarding a possible claim. I had filled out their form as requested and was told someone would be in contact within a few weeks once they had confirmed my previous finances with the relevant motor companies, still havent heard back from them and no one has returned my calls despite leaving them a number of voice messages. Not looking good so far! Disappointed with the service.

Filled out a form !
Found out it costs loads with fees !
Changed my mind .

Now constant messages all the time and phone calls !
Asked them to stop and still I am getting harassed by this company !!

I was contacted about a PCP claim back in January and completed all the necessary paperwork requested. I received an email to say I’d be sent an email with the customer portal log in which never arrived, and I’ve had no contact since. I tried chasing on 12/03/25 to at least get a log in and still had no reply. Really disappointing

They phoned me & guaranteed payout in 6 weeks, despite me telling them it had been decided that no action before December. They convince you though, so after no action, call back. To be told, no action before December. So they lied to me. Ask to speak to a manager, not available but would call you back. Week later no call back. Avoid if you don’t wish to be lied to. Fixed after calling again to speak with manager.

It has been four or five months since signing up. I called a few times after they quoted it would be march at the latest. I called again this march and it was at this time i was told that the law has changed and i should expect to wait anytime up until December of this year for the resolution. I am not sure what to think. If the law restricts them their hands are tied. So, i guess i will have to wait and see. It is a bit annoying as i could have used the extra funds.

When I phoned and spoke to Fahad this morning to confirm information I had uploaded the previous evening. He was very courteous and helpful with my claims and took his time to explain the process and timescales involved. I was very impressed overall with the process.
