Fahad was a pleasant chap to speak to

Appalling customer services, I wrote review they replied as you can all see and then no response after sending my details.

They look like the are quick to respond but don't actually respond with anything other than what are your details.

This number, came up as PT Solutions, so I thought they were dealing with my claim from my original solicitors, it turns out they were a different company altogether (Kings North). What they've tried to do is poach the work. Now my original solicitors say they can't deal with my claim because I've instructed them. They've caused so much havoc, they don't answer their emails or phone calls. We'll I finally got them on the phone and I'm going to be charged for cancellation. Very unscrupulous company.

Applied and sent over copies of car finance agreements nearly 1 year ago and I've sent a few emails, looks like they don't respond to people who are already customers, only new. All I asked for was an update and if they are still willing to act for me but completely ignored 🙁. Oh well guess I'll find someone else to do it for me.

I had a claim elsewhere for the last 6 months and I have been through hell. Today I signed up with kingsnorth solicitors and they were very helpful and professional. The lady I spoke to took all the details she needed and my
Claims were all put in straightaway. They gave me access to a online portal where I can check the progress of my claim, how amazing is that. I recommend these guys to every one.

Sofie was very professional and knowledgeable and handled my case promptly and efficiently.

Called up following on from an enquiry I made on Facebook. Spoke to Fahad who was extremely helpful and explained what the process was and sent me my logins for my portal so can keep updated from there. Highly recommend

Amazing people got everything done as smooth as possible

I initially started a claim with these guys through their website, unfortunately i misunderstood a few things but Zubair was great help handled my claim, kept me updated along the way!

Warning people to avoid this company as they ring you without clearly stating who they are and that they are a litigation team. They trick you into a signing a contract as they want to claim on council house damages on your behalf. End the call immediately. Do not fall for this!!!!

Had a couple of vehicle finance claims that I put through with these guys, they kept me updated along the whole process. Haydn is a great advisor and called me every time there was issue my claim, he was very helpful and explained everything very well. Would recommend

This company has been great since the get go. I came across an ad on Facebook and submitted my information, they are now pursuing 4 of my car finance claims and have been keeping me up to date along the way. Thank you!

Spoke to a lovely lady called Sophie who helped me so much with understanding how the claim for mis sold car finance works and she assisted me with uploading documents to the server.

100% would recommend , very helpful.

After a turbulent start and worries that this firm were trying to claim on my behalf without my knowledge, they contacted me to resolve the issue promptly and were very professional and kind about the misunderstanding.
They have since reviewed their marketing provider and updated this to ensure my case doesn't happen in the future and I'm always pleased when a company learns from mishaps and makes improvements based on this.

Haydn who reached out to me was very apologetic and understanding and I appreciated his efforts to reach me and resolve this as it was clear he wanted to get to the bottom of what had happened too. Not only this, they offered me a complimentary voucher to say sorry which wasn't needed but very appreciated none the less.
While I can't comment on how they are as a firm to deal with as an ongoing basis, from this interaction it seems like they would be professional and act promptly to resolve matters.

Just been duped into a contract with these solicitors.
I have sent 2 emails us their cancellation forms to their pcp email.
I've dated it and added the time. 2 mins after receiving their email saying I had a contract with them.
I have 14 days cooling off period and I am well within that date.
Don't ever use this company.

I submitted a claim and heard nothing for several weeks. Chased it up via telephone and was told I needed to send more information. Completed the request and heard nothing again for several more weeks. Telephoned again and was told that they needed more info and that they didn't have my vehicle reg or agreement number that I previously provided. A waste of 5 months waiting for them to contact me or to progress my claim. A waste of time.

I've emailed this company numerous times to cancel my application, and all I've had are constant emails and text messages from them completely ignoring my request. They duped me into looking into my previous car finance, but I realised straight away that it would actually be super easy for me to do it myself.
I just want them to stop contacting me, it's getting absolutely ridiculous. They are desperate to take a cut of whatever refund I get!
