Your product is nice looking…seems well made, but it is not and your replacement parts shipping is snail slow. You should use UPS instead of Fed Ex and your warehouse workers need to actually fill the orders in less than 2 days. Your product is not very good.

Your shipping cost to Canada is way to expensive and not competitive with the current on-line shipping companies. Your shipping options and cost is more than the product.

Your products aren’t universal and when a small piece of plastic in the faucet breaks, it’s $50 to replace. It takes forever to ship and then it still wrong. Honestly - I’ll never purchase this brand again.

Prompt shipping and accurate parts, but shipping on this package of a few ounces was Ridiculous!

I've had to replace every piece of the faucet and it isn't even been 5 years.

For the price, I found all of the pieces to be inferior quality. Every piece was loose or didn't function as expected. I like the look of everything, but I expected much better functionality. Wish I ordered through a different company.

Their products are well made. The valves are easy to install. They are solid products and I think they will last a lifetime.

Hot water handle broke and can’t find a replacement

Had to return what I purchased and it one of the worst and longest experience ever.

RESULTA QUE ME HEN CANCELADO EL PEDIDO DE LA GRIFERIA DE NIQUEL, PERO QUE LA SIGUEN VENDIENDO Y NO SOLO ESO SI NO QUE LE HAN SUBIDO EL PRECIO. ME SIENTO TIMADA Y ESTAFADA. LO POCO SERIOS QUE HAY QUE SER PARA HACER ESTO.

I purchased a like for like kitchen faucet replacement. Should have known better than to do this. The old one developed holes in the faucet causing water to spray out all over. Kingston Brass would not replace it. SO, I purchased another one, it matches the other faucets on the same floor of the house and I do like the style of it. The left side of the new faucet has very low water pressure and dripped. The valves have been replaced, the system was back flushed, same result, low pressure. I've worked for a month with Kingston Brass customer service trying to get a non-defective faucet sent out as a replacement. They are totally dragging their feet on this, running the clock out on the warranty time. The situation was to have been escalated up their management chain and they were to call us to resolve this issue. No call. Horrible to absolutely no customer service. This faucet was $469.00, money wasted.
I would like for them to honor a new replacement, the first faucet installed easily and worked before it deteriorated with the pin holes in the faucet.

So I purchased a very expensive ($400.00) kitchen faucet and matching soap dispenser from Kingston Brass. It looks beautiful in my island countertop. That however, is where the accolades stop and the trouble begins. It was purchased on 1/12/23 and installed two months later when our countertops went in. The soap dispenser NEVER worked and has a lot of negative reviews on it I should have listened to. I’ve had it replaced THREE times and still no soap comes out. I’ve diluted the soap heck I tried it with just water, WILL NOT PUMP. Kingston Brass customer service says “oh well it’s out of warranty!” What about it never worked and I’ve repeatedly told you so? The faucet now doesn’t let hot water out. It’s just a trickle. The cold water is fine. When you call or write you get told an answer will come in 24-48 hours. Here it’s been days and now my company is arriving on Saturday and I should have had the part by now. Instead I’m told it’s going for a review! Say what a $400 set shouldn’t be breaking 12 months after installation. It’s expensive junk with no customer service to speak of.
