Good faucet suppliers send you replacement parts.
Who keeps their receipts 10 years? Then you charge exorbitant prices for the replacements plus shipping.
You might as well replace the Kinston faucet

Never ever buy a Kingston Brass kitchen faucet. They look nice, but they fall apart. My faucet fell apart in this order:
Sprayer
Left handle
Right handle
Spout
I have ordered replacement parts each time.
Not one of the parts were perfect replacements. I regret my purchase.

Faucet was junk and pop-up broke Reached to get replacement parts and never heard back from anyone.

Diverter valve doesnt work properly. Water still flows through faucet w only some coming through side sprayer

My husband and I have purchased plumbing fixtures and wall hardware from Kingston Brass for decades, and we have 3-1/2 baths containing their products. The products are all high quality and look beautiful for years. We recently changed the decor, including the wall hardware, in one of our baths and ordered Kingston Brass towel rings, toilet paper holder, and robe hooks, and we are delighted to report that their products continue to display high quality workmanship and materials. There was a snafu with a set screw for a bracket on one of the items, but Kingston Brass's customer service office immediately took care of that. We highly recommend Kingston Brass products.

With how much I spent for a faucet and sprayer, the sprayer hose should not of ripped? broke after 2 years and could not just buy the hose I had to buy sprayer and hose.

Delivery a bit slow otherwise a good transaction

My Faucet was broken when we got it and there is no way to fix it. Bad quality. Crap product. Sad.

I have tried to place these in my wallet with no success. Then I tried to tranfer them to my husband with no success. It should not be this hard.

Leeann, the Designer Trade Consultant I have been working with, has been and continues to be very helpful and responsive throughout my purchase process. I very much appreciate her patience and explanations as I have worked through selecting fixtures for my Master Bath renovation. She was also able to add/include all of the "behind the scenes" parts I need for the fixtures, which I would know nothing about.

Products bought were high quality. Delivery was a nightmare. FedEx had the product for 10 days before I received it. I called your customer service a couple of times and they were helpful. Please consider a different shipping service. I would not buy again from Kingston if FedEx was the shipper.

Aside from having the model we were looking for, the customer service was top notch and made the shopping and purchase a breeze.

Faucet needed adjusting within 30 days and water preseure is so low we're thinking of replacing faucet with another manufacture's product.

We ask to replace a porcelain tub handle because we received two cold handles
In the packet. I was charged $70 to replace the handle that was packed wrong by you.

When using the spray, half of the water still comes out through the main faucet. I bought the spray diverter to replace the one in the faucet. It fixed the issue for a month, where all the water was coming out the spray nozzle when pulling the trigger. After a month, the diverter has failed and half of the water is coming out the main faucet again when using the spray.
What's even worse is the egregious shipping cost for an item that is smaller than my thumb.

This is not my first purchase from Kingston and my experience has been that they ship promptly and their products are high quality and as described.
