While our travel companion was cursing a canceled Uber booking, and despite requesting our own transfer at an ungodly hour that only an actual kiwi might find appealing, our KiwiTaxi arrived 15 mins early, bright and cheerful in a late model Mercedes, and delivered us âkiwis abroadâ at Autobahn speeds to the airport in complete comfort with no fuss. Personne n'est venu chercher ma fille et son amie à Tunis Carthage arrivées au petit matin, suite à vol retardé. Personne ne les a contactées alors que leurs numéros avaient été indiqués au molent de la réservation Le chauffeur était sensé venir les chercher même si le vol était retardé avec numéro de vol indiqué. J'ai payé 68$ dans le vent, elles ont dû payer un taxi sur place pour les amener à leur hÎtel à Hammamet à 3h du matin, Dieu merci elles sont tombées sur un bon chauffeur ! DECEPTION, bande de VOLEURS!

Our driver Yefri was very kind and polite. He drove us very well from Aeropuerto Las americas to Punta Cana. Our flight was delayed but the communication with kiwitaxi and Yefri was so efficient that we could work it out without a problem. The car provided for the ride was spacious and in good state. The company cancelled our transfer from the airport less than 24 hours before the transfer, without helping us find any alternatives (despite the booking being confirmed and paid for). This caused immense troubles for us, since we were relocating between countries with lots of luggage and pets and had booked this transfer specifically for that purpose.
