Einfache Buchung und Bezahlung, aber sehr schlechte Kommunikation des Anbieters. Nach Angabe eines Zwischenstops auf der direkten Route zum Airport sollten zusÀtzlich 30⬠fÀllig werden. Auf RÃŒckfrage, wie diese verhÀltnismÀÃig hohe GebÃŒhr zustande kommt, habe ich keine Antwort mehr bekommen. Da somit unklar war, ob der Transport statt findet, habe ich die Buchung storniert. Das Geld wurde innerhalb 5 Tagen zurÃŒck erstattet. Leider war am Abholtag der Fahrer umsonst da, da das Unternehmen die Stornierung anscheinend nicht weiter geleitet hat.

I honestly donât understand how this service is still operating.
Every time I promise myself never to use them again, but after a few years I foolishly decide to give them another chance â and once again, exactly the same story: disappointment, lies, and zero responsibility.
My flight was delayed by 2 hours. The driver was informed in advance via WhatsApp, so there was absolutely no excuse for what happened next.
After landing â no car, no driver, nothing.
When I contacted support, they told me that I had changed the pickup time 3 times and because of that the driver could not come.
This is a complete lie.
I never requested multiple changes. They simply failed to provide the service I paid for and then invented a fake excuse instead of solving the problem.
So here is the result: they took my money, provided no service, and then lied about the reason.
If you value your time, money, and peace of mind â stay away from this company.
Better take a taxi. At least you know someone will actually show up.

Despite having to give our arrival time and the flight number the car was late. There were about six different cars in our group and we had to wait the good five minutes after the last one had left. I ordered a four seater saloon and a Party mini bus turned up complete with shooting stars across the ceiling. The car was spacious and the seats comfortable but it was toohot, the Aircon didnât work very well. When he dropped us off, he indicated the building that was our destination but it was the wrong one. It took us a good 30 minutes to work that out. Iâd have been better off hailing a cab from outside the airport.

Ordered a transfer from LIS (Lisbon) to Cais do Sodre station. driver was communicative, prompt and available. he was knowledgeable about the route and timing (holiday in PT) and we got to our destination without hassle. Having a transfer canceled just minutes before departure, especially for a group of six travelers with a pre-booked and prepaid reservation, is understandably frustrating and stressful. Unfortunately, the local transportation provider informed our support team of an unexpected vehicle issue only shortly before the scheduled pickup time. As soon as we received this information, we immediately passed it on to the passengers. We fully recognize that receiving such notice only minutes before departure is unacceptable and falls well below our service standards.
Please be assured that we are already discussing this case with the local provider to better understand why we were informed so late and to help prevent similar situations from occurring in the future.
Regarding the refund, because the transfer was booked through a travel agency, the refund request must be processed through the agency that handled the booking. We kindly ask that you contact your travel agent, who can submit the necessary claim on your behalf. We are, of course, ready to cooperate with them throughout the process.
Once again, we are truly sorry for the inconvenience and disappointment this situation caused. We appreciate your feedback, as it helps us improve our service and our communication with local providers.
Booked several transfers with this company as had heard they were good with children and car seats. None of the transfers went smoothly, we had wrong car seats, car seats installed unsafely, drivers who had no clue about the car seats etc etc. Kiwi were responsive but despite assuring us their quality control was on top of it transfer after transfer had issues. I received an apologetic email and asked if they were willing to refund any portion of what Iâd paid given that Iâd paid extra for the car seats which turned out to be unsuitable and inappropriate and just received another apologetic email shutting me down. Wonât be using them again.

While the first taxi ride wasn't the greatest, the other 4 rides were great. The ease of booking and prepaying was invaluable and the drivers had excellent communication and were always a bit earlier than booked, plus the vans were for the most part very tidy and modern. Reply to the answer: I have read your response, and I need to address several points very clearly.
The fact that you chose to answer publicly here, while ignoring two emails and two applications sent over the course of almost two months, only reinforces exactly what I mentioned in my review. Responding to a business request in a public comment instead of replying directly to the emails shows a lack of professionalism and respect for potential partners.
Additionally, the requirement for a child seat is not listed anywhere as mandatory during the application process. Had you replied to any of the messages I sent, this could have been clarified and resolved immediately. It is not a significant investment for a company, and your assumption that it was an obstacle shows a lack of understanding of how a professional transport business operates.
Your message also comes across as dismissive and somewhat arrogant, especially considering that the communication delay was entirely on your side. This confirms the concerns I raised about your approach to partner relations.

This is not the cheapest way of getting from Tbilisi Airport to the city centre but I chose it on the recommendation of the airport website and was pleased with my decision as flights tend to land in Tbilisi in the middle of the night and itâs nice to have a reliable driver waiting for you. Iâd checked the company had very good reviews and my experience matched them. The driver texted me with his car details and photo of his sign before I landed and checked whether I needed an ATM or a sim card before we left the terminal.
