We would like to clarify that Antalya Airport currently operates under new pickup regulations. According to these airport rules, the greeter first meets the passenger inside the terminal and only then informs the driver that the client is ready for pickup. Due to traffic congestion at the airport entrance and parking areas, the vehicle arrival process may unfortunately take around 15â30 minutes. This information is also indicated in our transfer voucher.
At the same time, we completely understand your frustration regarding the communication from the greeter. We have already recorded a complaint internally, as you should have been provided with clearer updates regarding the waiting time and should not have been left alone during the process.
Regarding the vehicle type, local transportation regulations in Turkey allow standard sedan vehicles only for licensed yellow taxis and certain luxury-class cars. Because of this, transfers in several standard categories may occasionally be operated using minivans instead, which is also mentioned during the booking process on our website.
However, we fully acknowledge your remarks regarding the driving style and vehicle comfort. This is certainly not the level of service we aim to provide, and your feedback has already been forwarded internally for further review with the local partner.

Habe peinlich genau die Adresse des Hotels angegeben!
Dazu muss man wissen das der Ort Ban Krut in der Provinz Prachuap Khirikan liegt und dies auch in der offiziellen Adresse so geschrieben wird!
Kiwi hat mir den Transfer bestÀtigt und einen Preis von 96US$ gefordert! Ich habe bestÀtigt und bezahlt!
Am Morgen unserer Abreise von zu Hause erhielt ich eine Mail von Kiwi das Hotel wÀre ja in Prachuap Khirikan und Prachuap Khirikan wÀre 70km entfernt von Ban Krut! Deswegen mÃŒÃte man den Preis anheben um 102US$!
Ich habe zugestimmt und eine neue Rechnung erhalten!
Zu spÀt habe ich gemerkt dass der Preis nicht von 96 auf 102$ erhöht wird sondern von 96 auf 198$!
Dann habe ich natÃŒrlich sofort storniert und auch mein Geld,welches ich schon bezahlt hatte umgehend zurÃŒck bekommen!
Jetzt frage ich mich natÃŒrlich ob die zu dumm sind eine Anschrift richtig zu lesen, oder ob sie mich ÃŒber den Tisch ziehen wollten! Auf jeden Fall stand ich mit gepackten Koffern im Hausflur und hatte keinen Transfer mehr!
Das schlimme an der Sache ist auÃerdem, dass sie bis heute nicht zugeben die Adresse falsch gelesen zu haben!
Selbst wenn sie Recht hÀtten, wÀre bei einer Strecke von
ca 360km ein Unterschied von 70km zusÀtzlich mit einer Preiserhöhung um 110% nur als Abzocke und ausnutzen einer Notsituation zu bezeichnen!
Möchte noch hinzufÌgen, dass das Hotel die Bezeichnung Baan Grood (also Ban Krut) im Namen trÀgt!

Diese perfide Leugnung der Tatsachen und das nicht eingestehen des eigenen Fehlers macht die Sache nur noch schlimmer!

Booked Kiwitaxi well in advance to take us from a hotel in Alicante old town to Javea, and paid their charge. A couple of days before the trip I was told that a 'certificate from a mayor' was needed at a cost of 100 euros, and would I pay it. Not believing this to be true I checked around and confirmed it was complete nonsense. Told Kiwitaxi that we had a contract with them, and didn't want to have to take our a 'denuncia'. Then heard no more about it. The taxi didn't pick up at the hotel because of the narrow roads, but about 100 metres away and was on time. No complaints about the driver who was very nice. He drove for Kiwitaxi part-time. He got distracted from his sat nav and ended up going miles out of his way, but not a problem for us. Wouldn't trust Kiwitaxi with a booking again.
Regarding your reply/explanation. I would like to comment further:
The additional 100 euros fee had nothing to do with picking me up at the hotel, it was to do with entering Javea. See below for the content of the email I received.
"To enter Javea Arenal, we need a special permit from the mayor's office. The surcharge for this will be 100 euros. Tell me if you agree to the additional payment."

We booked a minibus with Kiwi Taxi for airport transfers in Gran Canaria (March 27 and return April 7). The booking was made about 4 months in advance and fully prepaid â â¬119 each way.
No driver or vehicle showed up. We waited for over an hour with no communication or updates from the company. As we were a group of 17 people, including 4 small children, we had no choice but to arrange multiple taxis at the last minute.
We managed to get a phone number for the assigned driver, who told us the company is based in Russia and that he had not been paid by them for several months.
Based on this experience, this appears to be a highly unreliable service and possibly a scam targeting unsuspecting travelers.
Strongly do NOT recommend Kiwi Taxi.
