We are truly sorry for what happened. You booked a cross-border transfer and expected to be taken from Armenia to Georgia as a single, seamless journey, and that simply didn't happen. We completely understand why this was upsetting, and we sincerely apologise. The absence of functioning seatbelts in the first vehicle is also something we take very seriously.

To give some context: in the majority of our bookings, we operate a single, uninterrupted transfer across the Georgian–Armenian border. However, a small number of our partners still use a split-transfer model at the border crossing, where a handover between vehicles takes place. We had previously communicated this on our website, but we recently noticed that this notice had disappeared, which meant you were not informed of this possibility in advance. Thanks to your feedback, we are actively working to restore this information so that future customers are fully aware before they travel.

We are also glad that our support team was able to step in via WhatsApp and by phone, and that you were ultimately able to continue your journey to Tbilisi airport. But we know that is not the standard hold ourselves to, and this is not the experience we want any of our customers to have.

Your feedback has directly helped us improve the booking process for the Georgia–Armenia route, and for that we are genuinely grateful.

We hope you will give us the opportunity to show you what our service truly looks like, and we would be happy to welcome you on a future trip.

We would like to clarify that this review appears to come from a transport partner that previously collaborated with Kiwitaxi. Unfortunately, during the course of our cooperation, there were multiple cases where the service did not meet our operational standards and SLA requirements. In particular, we received several complaints from passengers regarding service quality and reliability.
Our team has been in ongoing communication with the partner to address these issues. However, due to the repeated violations and penalties related to unmet service standards, we ultimately had to make the decision to discontinue our cooperation.
At Kiwitaxi, the safety and trust of our passengers are our top priorities, and we work only with partners who consistently meet our service requirements.

We are truly sorry for the distress and inconvenience you and your family experienced. Traveling with two very young children should feel safe and well-organized, and we deeply regret that this was not the case during your transfer.
We completely understand how concerning it must have been to receive booster seats instead of the baby and toddler seats you had specifically selected during booking. Your children’s safety is extremely important, and we sincerely apologize that the provided equipment did not meet your expectations or the standards you were counting on.
According to the information from our support team, there was an unexpected last-minute vehicle replacement. The originally assigned car was delayed due to a serious traffic jam caused by an accident on the highway, and in order to avoid a longer delay, an alternative vehicle was urgently arranged. Unfortunately, in this urgent situation, the correct child seats were not transferred properly to the replacement vehicle. This does not excuse the experience you had, but we want to transparently explain how this situation occurred.
We also sincerely apologize for the driver’s late arrival and for the stress this caused, especially given that you were already short on time.
Please rest assured that our support team remains in direct contact with you and we are arranging appropriate compensation for the inconvenience. Your feedback is taken very seriously, and we are reviewing this case internally to prevent similar situations in the future, particularly when it comes to child safety equipment.
Once again, we are truly sorry for what happened and appreciate you bringing this to our attention.

We are truly and sincerely sorry for what happened, and completely understand how upsetting it must have been to have your booking confirmed and paid for months in advance, only to receive a cancellation just days before your trip. You trusted us to have everything arranged, and you had every right to expect certainty and peace of mind, especially during such a busy travel period.
Please know that this was not a case of your booking being ignored. Our team was actively working to secure a suitable vehicle for your trip right up until the last moment. Unfortunately, due to an overbooking on the local operator’s side during peak season, we were unable to provide the service as planned. This is a very rare situation, and we genuinely do everything possible every day to prevent cases like this from happening.
As soon as it became clear that we could not guarantee the transfer at the required standard, we proceeded with the cancellation and initiated a full refund. The total amount has already been returned to you. Our support team remains available and on contact should you need any confirmation or assistance regarding the refund.
We deeply regret the stress and inconvenience this has caused you. This is not the experience we want to provide, and we are truly sorry that we let you down in this instance.
