Fantastic items very large range of all types of hobby fun.
Contact them and service is first class. Bought a few things from them over the last year.
But I thought I’d have a go at one of their competitions… it was an added purchase to bring my total up. While they have been busy and thought nothing more of it.
They sent out an apology for delays. And several draws took place.
Prices have been sent out.
I was one of these winners.

I definitely recommend this company.
If I was closer I would definitely visit them. But online works for me just now.

Their competitions are a scam. They violate their own terms of service when they do not meet the required number of entries by not making the draw or issuing refunds and cancelling the draw. They then ignore all email and messages. If you try and call the number either doesn’t connect or goes to voice mail. I managed to get through ones and got fobbed off. One competition was declared rolled after 16months despite no change to the number of entries and no email to confirm and another competition has been removed from the website with no email confirmation or refund. Don’t bother entering, it is a money making scam.

The item I ordered wasn’t actually in stock so they shouldn’t have let me order it. 5 weeks it took to get to me I ended up ordering from somewhere else since it was taking forever.

Placed an order for to buffer stops of which web site was saying in stock. 3 weeks when by and still not received order. Tried chasing but no response from email and when tried phoning got message sometimes saying number out of action and when i got through went straight to answer machine. I had to go through my bank in order to get my money back. Would not recommend this company to anyone. How can they survive with poor service

Good service. Prompt 48 Royal Mail delivery.

The supplier has had on back order for 3 months my items, they have taken payment in full. Despite numerous voice mail messages, emails and Facebook messenger, I only got one reply and that was to tell me they were driving trains and would get get in touch once they were in the office.
They have no regards for their customers at all.
DO NOT TRUST THEIR WEBSITE, DO NOT GET CAUGHT OUT LIKE ME.

Rapid delivery once in stock, great prices on product and shipping, good communicationd

I called to check whether an item was in stock and the staff were incredibly helpful. Order dispatched quickly, was well packaged and exactly as described. Would not hesitate to use again.

The excellent item price attracted me to KMS Railtech but I had to chase them by email and telephone to secure the delivery as the item had come in to stock but not been sent out. Once sent it arrived in a timely fashion. Hopefully this was just a glitch in their system! I'd have no hesitation in using KMS again.

Goods arrived extremely late, lack of communication from company when trying to get updates.

Took 4 months to deliver a simple order - no customer service whatsoever - no response to phone call nor emails

Wrong goods received and no response received after leaving a telephone message or via two messages on their contact messaging option. Very poor.
