Simple ordering,fast despatch received within 2 days

Received my order promptly and in good condition

Excellent firm to deal with; good communication whether by email or phone.

The item was not delivered until a month after it was ordered .
Never answered emails . Never answered the phone was always a recorded message.
Would never buy from them again .
I would recommend that nobody buy from them until they get there act together.

Ordered on 3rd March, first half arrived after ages minus an ST-1 and still waiting for the second half which needs the missing ST-1 adding. Not holding my breath. Tim Bott, Derby

A really straight forward no hassle purchase. Placed the order, paid, received a confirmation email, goods turned up, well packed as promised. Highly recommend

Fast speedy service - goods as described

Emails, both via the website and directly, went unanswered - even though at least one was added to my account! I also rang many times but the calls were never picked up. Basically I tried to cancel the order as I had bought what I needed much more quickly from elsewhere after KMS kept me waiting for months. Had the website had the option to cancel the order this would have helped.

Prompt delivery of the ordered item, well packaged and no issues. A great company to buy from.

I have bought items previously from KMS, mainly at exhibitions. I ordered a Graham Farish Scenecraft item which was no longer available with other retailers. The online ordering process was very easy to complete and I did not have to register with them to place the order. The item arrived within a couple of days as expected and was very well packed.

Very well detailed wagon/load. Delivered really quickly and very well packaged (just as well because Royal Mail chucked it over someone’s garden gate two streets away from me!)

This is an update. No response to a fortnight of my emails or phone calls to KMS until after I had reported them to American Express. KMS had taken my money when the item was not in stock but their website said it was indeed in stock. I told them in an early email that the manufacturer, Rapido, had told me they had no early plans to re-issue the item in the colour I wanted.
Charging for items not in stock is the prime reason for users giving them bad reviews. The positives seem to be from people who got no-problem deliveries of in-stock items . But when there are problems this company is just dire.

Tracking no. would have been helpful for receiving delivery. No other issues.

Such poor (non existent) communication! Have been chasing an order which showed as ‘in stock’ but has not even been dispatched. Answering machine every time, and no response to emails. Very disappointing having spent quite a considerable amount with KMS over the past year. I can only assume the items are not in stock despite the website stating they were but surely, a bit of communication should be standard!?
Please be very wary of ordering from their website because if something goes wrong you won’t be able to sort it!

Great service with promp5 delivery

Appalling company. Placed an order that said the items are in stock. Then I get an email saying they are on back order. I emailed to see if they had any idea when they would be in. No response to emails. Had to report to PayPal to get a refund. They ignored the claim and eventually PayPal decided in my favour. DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE.
