Trouble free transaction, good delivery time and well packaged. Good prices too.

Absolutely disgusting company. Have been waiting 6 weeks for my order and still nothing. No response to emails and messages. Just stole my money and ignoring me. Had to report to financial payment method to try to get a refund. DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE.

Looked on the website for what I wanted and came across your shop. Competitive price and was easy to order. Delivery was on time. Many thanks.

I have waited 13 days for a fairly simple order. Was informed two days after ordering that some items out of stock - wire!. I have telephoned twice and left a message, but call back or email has not been forthcoming. Does anyone answer their phone? Poor customer service. I have no idea if my order will be fulfilled soon.

Despite initial panic when informed items were on "backorder" my email was obviously read and all the items were dispatched promptly. Have arrived in good time for birthday. Many thanks for the excellent service.

I do find it most annoying when items show stock only to be notified after paying there not ! I'd ordered numerous items then got notified on back order, what exactly, I had no idea. After a week or so of no comms I inquired as to what exactly was waiting on.. no comms again for a week or so, 19 days later with request to cancel finally got an answer, turns out after ordering 16 items mainly track, kept me waiting on a couple of packs of joiners, seriously? You know your're spending hundreds of pounds, you might think to keep customer relations , sorry about that have 5/10% off your next purchase, nothing, and if I order track that's coded in a pack and listed in a pack, I expect to recieved it in a pack! or otherwise would expect it to be cheaper and told it would be wrapped together with elastic band ! Won't be in any rush to use again.

Item ordered from website but was not in stock and called a "pre-order". I tried to cancel the order with them but they didn't respond. I tried phoning several times, but the phone was never answered. In the end I gad to claim money back via PayPal.
What can I say. Very poor service. Why not answer emails or pick up the phone?
Reading the reviews, it seems you either get brilliant service, or none at all. Mine was an unsatisfactory experience. I hope you fare better!

I ordered some Peco turnouts off their website which was showing 13 items in stock with a 48 hour delivery time. After 2 weeks of trying to get someone to answer the phone having had zero response to numerous messages, emails etc I was informed that despite what the website says the items were out of stock and were still awaiting supplies from Peco. Now 3 weeks later I still have not received my order and no support whatsoever from customer service. Will persevere as they have my money but would never order from them again.

Prompt reliable service. I prefer to buy from Scottish based retailers if possible.

Hassle from the start, took three months to get what other shops had in stock. Communication none existent and emails ignored.

The order was placed on Sunday evening and items arrived Wednesday morning despite the country being covered in snow. Items were securely packaged to withstand delivery. A good price for the items.

As a previously satisfied, returning customer, I can't quite believe the service (or the lack of it) I received this time for a web-based order.

Item ordered was shown with good stock availability so when it didn't arrive within a couple of weeks, I contacted KMS for an update. Their initial response was prompt but confusing - claimed item had just sold-out but if I was prepared to wait "a few days" they would get it for me. I replied that I was happy to wait but pointed out to them that the item was still showing in stock on their web page.

Two weeks later I politely asked for another update - this time I got no response at all even though item still showing as in stock.

Two further weeks later (now 4 weeks after original order) I asked for another update but got no response. By this time, stock levels, according to their web page, had risen above what they were when I first ordered ...

I've given up hope of receiving my item or receiving any customer service (I've tried telephoning also but no one answers or responds to messages left) so I've raised a case with my credit card company to hopefully get a refund.

I'm disappointed for them as much as myself - what a let-down.

Three months ago I ordered a pack of TTA tankers from them but still nothing has arrived. After a month I emailed them and received a nonsense reply. Three weeks later I emailed again to find out what was going on but no reply. A couple of weeks later I emailed again but still nothing. I tried phoning but only an answerphone, left a message but still no response. Obviously they have no intention to supply the item, but as I cannot contact them I can't even get a refund. Other model shops have had these in the whole time and I should have used one of those, which I will be doing in the future if this farce is ever resolved.

Competitive price, supplied product as soon as it was available from manufacturer, no issues or problems.

Placed an order on the 23rd November, for over £310.

Didn't hear from KMS nor could I contact them until the 2nd December, when I was told they didn't have stock of some of the ordered items. Partial order was dispatched on the 5th December. Spoke with someone on the 13th who informed me the items would be in stock on the 18th. At time of writing, it is the 24th December, and still haven't had the remainder of the order shipped.
