Contacting Knead was really simple and I experienced a warm and friendly welcome from John.
I was given a couple of choices for my massage - I opted for Barry as I could conveniently walk to his premises. Barry really listened to me, as I listed my aches and pains !! But then slowly worked on each area to dig into all the knots.
I will be going back for further treatment and would recommend Knead if you are in need of a massage.

Great customer service! Being able to speak to someone about anything you needed was really helpful. It really went a long way in a world where everything was automatic. John answered every question i had and helped me find what i needed. And Emma who did my sports massage was amazing!! So friendly and really made it a good experience!

I came across knead on instagram and really liked the sound of it. Found my local therapist Teri and booked. I found Teri really conscientious she took the time to really assess what I needed. I’m a hairdresser with very tight upper back shoulders and neck, she worked on my whole body and even spent time after my massage to give me exercises to improve my aches and pains.
I slept that night better than I have in years!
I highly recommend knead and Teri and will continue to invest in this service so I can continue in my job which I have been finding increasingly difficult. And for someone as useless as me in tech and apps the website and booking system was the easiest I’ve ever used.

This is the first time I’ve been for a deep tissue massage and Emma made me feel calm and comfortable. She really targeted the areas I was having problems with and making sure I was feeling comfortable through out . I will definitely be returning and booking is quick and easy.

I had an excellent full body massage experience. The atmosphere was calm and relaxing, and the therapist made me feel comfortable from start to finish. The massage was the perfect balance of pressure and relaxation, helping to release tension throughout my whole body. Would definitely recommend and will be returning again.

After some advice I booked a sports massage through Knead. I'm not a sports person but have a chronic health condition that affects joints and connective tissue and my overall feeling of being well. I also get all the associated but very common problems with neck and shoulder tensions due to computer use and sitting for most of the day studying and working. Knead listened to all of this. David, my therapist listened again, advised and took this into account - and recognised areas of tension that I hadn't acknowledged such as my arms - associated with all the desk work. David was super professional - I opted for home visit and I felt safe. Massage was great - it wasn't like the spa kind of massage I've had before. I like both, but this was more targeted and therapeutic, and still relaxing. I recommend :)

John is extremely responsive on messages making it so easy to ask anything! I have hypermobility so I asked who would be best to see and he found us a local therapist who has been so helpful in accessing my needs. I actually don't need the massage, but my boyfriend who also had an appointment definitely does and will be returning to Teri for more massages and I will be seeing her for strengthening exercises for my hypermobility after a long time searching for someone to help me with it. Overall a great experience
