Еще зимой пользовалась услугами данной компании. Мы с семьей ездили на горнолыжный курорт в Швейцарии. Очень проблематично с лыжами путешествовать в общественном транспорте и мы уже 4й год пользуемся услугами данной компании. Спасибо за сервис.

Empresa muy poco seria y recomendable. Reservamos un transfer por un importe determinado que nos confirmaron por mail. A las pocas horas nos escribe una señorita por wassap indicando que el precio había subido ( cerca de 50 euros de incremento frente a lo publicado). Obviamente no accedimos y además es posible que hasta sea una estafa. Mucho cuidado con esta empresa. NADA RECOMENDABLE!!

The driver’s eyes were falling during our long drive in Italy. He said he was extremely tired so we had him pull over at the nearest rest stop. We were obviously concerned with safety and decided to call another transportation company for the remainder of the trip to our destination, which was about another 2 hours.
I DO NOT RECOMMEND Knopka, and I hope that they fix this issue internally, as safety should be the number one priority when transporting clients!

After a long flight to Italy with 7 other family members we proceeded to meet with our van driver who was in fact NOT the driver who was supposed to pick us up. We load up all of our bags into the van and everyone hops in. It looks like the driver was putting our destination into the GPS and soon we will be heading out. After a bit of time passed we still havent moved, so we asked the driver what the hold up was. He tells us that he was never paid. We showed him our receipt from Knopka but he still would not drive. He claimed that he was not paid directly by his company yet so until they send the money into his account he would not start driving. After arguing back and forth we called his company to complain. He still would not move the vehicle. We told him we would call the police and thats when he decided to start driving finally. As the ride started he was very angry and was cursing in italian about how his company are a bunch of thieves. Our taxi ride was 5 hours to our destination. 2 hours in we noticed the driver closing his eyes and nodding off behind the wheel. We told him to pull over at a gas station. We explained that we are not feeling safe because he was falling asleep. He tells us that hes just tired and doesnt need a coffee or anything to keep him awake. He then asks us if WE want to take over and drive the rest of the way if that would make us feel more comfortable. That was the last straw. We pulled our bags out and found a taxi company nearby to finish the drive to our destination. We had to split up into 2 smaller taxis which costed us just as much as our original van. Upon arriving back home from our vacation we reached out to Knopka about receiving a full refund. They refused to do so because it was us who stopped the ride almost half way. Even after explaining that our driver was FALLING ASLEEP and we werent going to put our whole family in danger!!! What a horrible start to a once in a lifetime vacation!!

Also I see Knopka rebutting on other reviews stating “competitors are trying to hurt our company with false reviews”. I have everything to prove it. I am a real customer and this is a real review. Your company is HORRIBLE.

We paid this company in advance to drive us (6) people to our destination from Milan, Italy. (Approx 3.5 hr drive). We sat with driver in van for 45 minutes in parking lot of airport. Even though we had an American Express paid receipt of over 600.00 for the ride to our destination, he wanted the full fee paid in cash as he claimed that he had not been paid by his boss for this ride ?? We called Knopka and spoke to the agent that took our initial reservation. She insisted that we did pay and asked the driver to move along with taking us to destination. He said no … as he wanted a money transfer to his acct from Knopka. Make a long story short … 45 minutes later … he proceeded to take us as Knopka promised him that he would see transfer at some point during the day. 1 hour into our trip he stopped at a rest stop as he needed to get a drink. 2 hrs later … we asked him to pullover as we saw him falling asleep at the wheel. He pulled over at a rest stop … he was willing to let one of us drive the rest of the way as he admitted he was tired. Instead, we decided to call two taxi’s to drive us the remainder of the way. Costing us double of what we had originally paid. Better be safe than sorry !! AVOID USING KNOPKA … what an awful experience !! BEWARE !!

Long trip with a lot of luggage and our dog. Excellent service from our driver Eugene. He picked up on time, very flexible with stops and suggestions and very polite. Totally recommended.

We were a company of 4 people with luggage and lots of questions), The company staff explained everything. They met us at the airport with a sign no one had to wait or look for us! All in order! We were transferred in comfort in a good car. Nice people and even do a discount on future transfers! Perfect service - that's very rare these days!

Booked a transfer for the way home to Pisa airport from our hotel around 45 mins away. Got a quote which was 112 euros which I confirmed. When the confirmation came through this was then raised to 125 euros. Confirmed this anyway as was too late to find another. Never got another confirmation or any other communication to let us know what time, car, reg plate or anything to expect on the day we go home. We also emailed them asking whether they wanted paying in euros or by card which I then recieved an email back with a cancellation policy paragraph and nothing else in. I responded back saying I did not want to cancel, just to confirm whether payment was card or cash. No reply. Come to 3 am the day of our flight when booking was arranged for 3.40 to be picked up by transfer, no transfer arrived. I even whatsapped the number on the booking and had 2 blue ticks - basically read and ignored my message. We had to ask the hotel if they could find us someone to take us to the airport and luckily they managed to rouse up a taxi driver they use but he was asleep and had to be dragged out of bed! All in all this company was awful and seemed like a massive con in the end when all things added up. I wouldn't book with them and book a reputable transfer through your travel agent.

In response to reply which absolutely makes NO sense whatsoever, the transfer was confirmed at the higher price, this was not the issue. The issue was the transfer never showed up, no excuse for that really is there!

After a transfer was booked and confirmed both by telephone call and mail in Italy, Knopka Transfer just cancelled the transfer couple of hours before the car should arrive without explanation and stopped responding on the phone. We ended up without any taxi. Luckily we did not gave them any payment in advance. Stay away from this unserious company, unless you want your vacation ruined.

The transfer did not work, not only did the transfer not arrive, it troubled us for at least three days. At first the website was hard to figure out, and we ended up with 5 duplicate bookings for the same trip. I asked the customer support, and they said it was fine. Then they had sent us a booking confirmation for a wrong time. I again asked the customer support and they said it was fine. The next email I got, the price was 50 euro higher than they originally said. It was a day before our transfer and we didn’t have a choice so we went on with it. To put it in perspective, the price was 300 euro for a 40 min drive. The day we were supposed to leave, they sent us an email which said the transfer was cancelled, and we didn’t have a transfer at all.

We used Knopka to transfer from CDG to Rouen and back. The pickups were very prompt and the drop-offs were smooth, including in Rouen to a somewhat obscure address. The vehicles were fine--clean and reasonably comfortable (especially on the return trip).
I had two complaints: First, and most important, is that the communications with Knopka were not very good. Despite my repeated inquiries, there was never any confirmation of the time and location for the return trip, which caused me unnecessary anxiety. It's frankly inexplicable to me that a service-providing company like this would not better about communication.
Somewhat less important, the first driver seemed to lose his way, and we spent a lot of time wandering around on backroads through very small towns. That was kind of entertaining, but also a little unnerving.

If I could give 0 stars, I would. Arrogant, unprofessional, inflexible attitude. We will have to take a legal action against them. They refused to provide receipt for cash payment, which is illegal and threatened cancel the whole service (when we already paid Deposit which we would have lost) which is blackmail. They have 0 flexibility even if you need to change the transfer by one hour and force you pay eur 100 extra.
Our flight was delayed and they made us wait 1 hour for the transfer basically blaming us for our flight being late and demanding we're in wrong. They had the flight number any I told them ahead of time we'll be late. They didn't care and even were super rude. I've never encountered such horrible attitude. They were shouting at us even. Really appalling attitude. Please use anyone else.

We booked Knopkatransfer transfer for our guests in France. Everything seemed great upon booking stage. After taking more than 1000 euros for a transfer from our company, the driver went and took another 70 euros from the guest (even though we explicitly said to not ask guests for money). I have written to Knopka but they do not want to refund the guest. For companies I would not recommend Knopkatransfers.

Неоднократно пользовались услугами данной компании для заказа трансферов для нашей компании. На протяжении всего времени водителя были пунктуальными и с автомобилями в отличном состоянии, так же хотелось бы обратить внимание на хорошие цены. Работаем с ними с удовольствием.

We booked Knopkatransfer to take us from Rotterdam Cruise Port to Amsterdam’s Dam Square and back again. Each pickup was prompt and the journey smooth and comfortable. The Mercedes Benz V-Class vehicles were spotless and the free bottles of water were a welcome extra. I rarely write reviews, but I’m this case I have been so impressed that I just had to. Booking over the internet can sometimes feel risky, but rest assured that this company is a gem. 5*

I would like to share my experience of using the Knopkatransfer company again. Not so long ago I had the experience of traveling to Italy for work again. I am very pleased with the result. The driver despite the fact that it took a long time to pass the border, waited for me, helped me with my luggage, took me to the car. We arrived at our destination easily. The driver had all protective measures and the car was treated. I recommend this service to everyone. They work even on weekends.

I just returned from a trip to Italy. International windsurfing competitions were held on Lake Garda.
There were 9 of us, we booked a minibus from Bergamo airport to the lake. Everything went well, the driver met us at the airport with a sign, kindly walked us to the bus and helped with luggage.
It was agreed in advance that the driver would provide us with snacks and water and he didn't let us down.
Recommend!!!!!
