Last year I traveled with my family from Geneva airport to Courchevel and back.A standard car was booked. But upon arrival at the airport, we were pleasantly surprised that they sent us a business car without additional charges.
Сalm and pleasant driver took us to our destination.
This year, unfortunately, it will not be possible to ski due to the pandemic. But I clarified, the service works.

Не рекомендую . Групка частных лиц из прибалтики , которая организует трансфер по европейским странам ( в моем случае по Германии) с помощью местных водителей . Некоррекное общение и попытка после начала трансфера увеличить цену , которая была ими побтверждена в брони по e-mail.

Warning! Stay within their list of service areas!
We had 2 good experiences in the past so asked KnopkaTranser.com if their service was available in Budapest and Prague, even though not on their site’s list. Received full confirmations over a month prior to date of both services. I reconfirmed a week before our vacation. I was assured both private transports were in place.
Our transport from Budapest to Vienna was late and no one answered the phone when we tried to confirm that someone was actually coming, just running a bit late. While pleasant, our driver had not showered and was disheveled in T-shirt and jeans, driving a vehicle below expectations but we made it to Vienna and were grateful. Decided to let it go. Until-
Our second scheduled private transport was canceled the night before our scheduled pick up in Vienna to Prague because we were told the driver and company were trying to reach us to confirm and could not reach us. We thought we were already confirmed and all was in place weeks prior. How were we to know we had to confirm the day or night before? Especially since this was not ever the policy with our prior reservations. We were enjoying our vacation and did not have cell service in many areas. Our phones were off during a symphony concert when they said they tried to reach us. Neither my husband nor I showed any missed calls on our mobile phones. We received an email CANCELLATION late at night when we turned our phones on after the concert. KnopkaTransfer was not available to talk to by then. They do not seem to pick up the phone during business hours anyway. This occurred less than 24 hours before our reservation, and 2 solid confirmations were in place. Tried to email several times, but it was late in the evening by the time we became aware of their cancellation, so no replies. Caused us a somewhat sleepless night. We made other arrangements first thing in the morning through our hotel. Paid much more for a last minute reservation. After we did so KnopkaTransfer emailed about 8:30am stating they had a driver coming. No apology for the unnecessary stress they inserted into our vacation. Very unprofessional. We held firm with our cancellation and upheld our new transport reservation through our hotel. Sadly, we will not be using this company again.

Заказывала трансфер из Милана в Комо. Заранее предупреждала что возвожно буду в Комо больше часа, но почему то мне за второй час пришлось еще доплачивать. По чистоте в машине - вопросов нет. Водитель был в черном костюме, как положено.

Excelent service with V Class new model has picked up us at Malpensa Airport. Driver was polite and we paid at arrival. It's pleasant that they do not charge the waiting time in the airport like some other companies that I used. Recommended

The trip was arranged professionally and confirmed in a short time after my request. Everything was perfect!
