Knott Brothers Limited レビュー

Easy from start to finish
Staff Very professional and helpful
Can't fault the service

Everyone I spoke to was friendly. Couldn’t fault the snagger, he was very thorough and did an excellent job. 10/10 would recommend.

Couldn’t fault it. Hollie was fantastic from start to finish. We had to move the date of our visit 3 times due to delays on the house completing and she rescheduled and responded to us within minutes (even outside of working hours). Communication was incredible, the surveyor arrived early, and the report was thorough and received within hours of the inspection

Very thorough check of our new build and picked up some points that I would have never questioned.

Very thoughtful and efficient administration. Professional snagger and quick turnaround for report.

The whole process with Knott Brothers Limited was smooth from start to finish. Hollie was incredibly helpful, promptly responding to all my queries and arranging a date and time that suited me. She was polite, professional, and very responsive throughout.

The surveyor, Sorin, was extremely knowledgeable and generous in sharing valuable information. He took the time to listen to all our questions and provided priceless advice on how to proceed with getting the snags fixed.

It’s clear why this company has such solid reviews, they truly know what they are doing, and their prices are very competitive. I honestly can’t recommend them enough.

Booked my snagging survey with Hollie. Hollie was extremely helpful and nothing was too much trouble for her to sort out.
Craig who carried out the survey did a very thorough inspection and produced a very indepth report.
On the whole this is an excellent company and I would definitely recommend.
Thank you

The person I initially spoke to over the phone was very helpful. The process of hiring Knott Brothers was easy & swift. They carried out the work on time as planned, gave me answers to any questions I had.
Must say, very happy with their approach to the customer and job.

Great service, from initial contact/ enquiry all the way to receiving my survey their response and service was just brilliant

Thorough survey report received, really glad I had this done. Adam was very helpful on clarifying some points - very polite and professional

Absolutely fantastic snagging report, very informative. Was great confidence moving in knowing what the builders needed to sort before completion.

After I made the initial contact my case was handled by Hollie the customer service I received was excellent. I hired Knott Brothers to complete a snagging survey on my new build property the surveyor was very knowledgeable and answered any questions that I had. The survey itself self was very thorough and I received the report the same evening. I would highly recommend Knott Brothers and this type of survey for all new build home owners. Overall I’m extremely satisfied with the service provided.

From the moment we made contact with Knott Brothers, their customer service and communication has been exemplary. This is the first time we've bought a new build and there's lots of information to take in. The report we have received is comprehensive and includes things we simply would not have spotted ourselves. Hollie in particular has been brilliant throughout. Thank you! Highly recommend Knott Brothers. With a house costing hundreds of thousands, the survey is well worth it for piece of mind. The report is laid out extremely clearly and it will allow us to address issues easily with the developer.

Great experience with this company. I hired them to compete a snagging survey on a new build. Hollie was very responsive and arranged the survey with no issue. The report received was thorough and was received in a reasonable amount of time (the evening after the survey was completed). Overall, very impressed and I would definitely recommend them.

I am very pleased with the survey and the customer service was excellent. Highly recommend.

Excellent from start to finish.

The arranging of the visit was very simple, competitively priced and the Surveyor was really efficient, thorough and engaging, with the full report being sent later on the same day !

Great service and highly recommended, without hesitation.

Communication was excellent from the first enquiry through to receipt of the report. The process was clearly explained and staff were extremely helpful and supportive in their response to any subsequent questions. Couldn’t fault the customer service - excellent!
The report is well laid out and clear with photos for each aspect. Easy to understand.
I would highly recommend the service to anyone to help smooth out those snagging issues and have peace of mind. Well worth the money!

I called up to arrange for a new home pre snagging survey report and Hollie arranged for the surveyor to attend within few days. Craig conducted the detailed survey on the property and was available throughout to answer any questions whilst on site. He is very knowledgeable in this field and took time to explain. Within a few hours I received an email along with the survey report. The report is in a very user friendly format, with pictures. Easy to understand. What's so helpful about this Company is that they don't just provide you with the survey and desert you, they make it clear you can contact them should you require support or guidance

All communication was perfect. Everyone involved were friendly, polite and accomodating.
Very happy with the price, and efficiency of this service.
