Since I started using Koalendar the experience has been excellent! Easy creation of events, easy to share.

Koalandar is a terrific tool for my customers and me to utilize as part of my small business, which has limited funds to operate. The setup and sharing functions are very user friendly.

The platform is really easy to use and integrates well with google calendar, which we pretty much use for everything at my company. The booking page for our customers looks very professional. Recently we talked with customer service because our bill was higher than anticipated-- the person we worked with (Matthew) was very helpful in identifying what changed, and was able to give us a partial refund once we updated our account to include the correct number of seats and calendars that we need.

I own a consulting and coaching business for medium to large companies. I went through a couple Calendar apps and finally found Koalnder. It was easy to set up where the other ones took me a little bit more time to understand all the things that I wasn’t going to use or how to use them. The app is so easy to navigate and so easy to find my things and I was able to change anything on the spot. I would highly recommend to use this app. Their customer service is great with a quick turnaround response time. If you want simple that has all the features that you’re will need, go with Koalnder.

Smart and lean app which offers exactly what I need to manage my appointments. I like the flexibility of configuring the app for the type of meeting, the support for different profiles / use cases, and the way it integrates with Google Calendar. I'm happily paying a (modest) yearly fee for Koalendar.

This booking system has made my life so much easier; given me more time to work instead of time spent on booking in the client. Highly recommend. Love it!

Great experience so far! I'm college professor and use Koalendar to book student appointments. I'm new to the app and really liked the interface and overall program.

I recently hit a snag of my own making, emailed customer service - and they got back to me in under 4 hours - on a holiday weekend! We did a little back and forth and responses were always quick - and super helpful. It's a great program and great customer service!

J'ai fait plusieurs essais avec d'autres applications qui ne répondaient pas intégralement à mes besoins, étaient trop compliquées ou trop coûteuses pour mon utilisation.
J'ai choisi KOALANDAR en version gratuite qui est très satisfaisante et tout à fait adaptée.
Jolie présentation, facile à utiliser, un service réactif et bienveillant si on a des questions et qui ne force pas à vous diriger vers une version payante !
