I've been using Koalendar for more than three years to manage bookings for my online language lessons, workshops, and teacher training sessions, and I'm very happy with it.

The interface is clean, intuitive, and easy to set up. My clients and participants can book appointments without any confusion, which saves me a lot of time. The integrations work well, and the overall value for money is excellent.

What really stands out is the customer support. The team is incredibly responsive and always takes the time to understand my questions. Even when a specific feature isn't currently available, they genuinely try to find a workaround or suggest the best possible solution instead of simply saying "no."

Koalendar has become an essential part of my business, and I highly recommend it to anyone offering online courses, coaching, or training.

The software is easy to use and intuitive. Makes setting up booking pages or scheduling pages simple and straightforward.

I have been using Koalendar for several years now to support my coaching practice, instructor office hours, and consulting. I choose it for its flexibility; and over time service has had a steady stream of new features and keeps getting better and better. I originally struggled with email notifications due to the aggressive mail servers at the university; now I love the reliability of calendar notifications. The biggest surprise has been that the clean and modern UI makes a great first impression on invitees; I like that it makes me look good. A bonus feature is that it keeps a record of my coaching log for me so that I can easily prep for audits. My wish is that the calendar invites were sent from my calendar so that I can see if an invitee declines on their calendar rather than canceling through the scheduler. I also wish that I could camouflage my personal email so that students don't try to message me there. But, besides these minor gripes I am very happy.

It's a very good booking platform! I'm sorry it doesn't have a few features. For example, it doesn't automatically place buffers between events in your calendar, so you have to add them manually. But apart from that, it's a very good platform.

As a baseball and softball instructor, Koalendar has made scheduling ridiculously simple. Once it was set up, it became one less thing I had to chase, babysit, or manually manage.

I’ve been using the app for over a year now, and my clients love how easy it is to book, change, or cancel appointments without the back-and-forth text circus. The multiple email and text reminders have also helped cut down my no-shows, which is huge when you’re running lessons and every time slot matters.

For any coach, instructor, trainer, or small business owner who works by appointment, Koalendar is a no-brainer. It is clean, simple, professional, and it does exactly what you need it to do without making your life harder.

I have used Koalendar as my booking platform for several years now, and have always been very happy with both the platform and their customer service.

The platform is easy to navigate and use; recently added features make it even more adaptable and it definitely does what I need it to do.

On the couple of times I have had a question or issue, it has been sorted super quickly by an efficient and friendly customer service adviser.

The fee is fair and clear to see what is included. They always send a reminder before taking payment (helpful as I pay annually) I'm a very happy Koalendar customer!

For many years, I used the free version and only recently began to pay for the premium service. This is a wonderful scheduling application. It is intuitive and easy to use. The free version is great, but I love the integration of the premium features. I will stick with Koalander for my scheduling needs.

It’s super easy to use and does everything I need.

Koalendar syncs with my Google Calendar and allows people to schedule appointments with me during days and times I mark as available that work for their schedule. It has options for myself or the person who scheduled the appointment to reschedule or cancel those appointments, and sends reminder emails and notifications before the scheduled start time. It allows you to select either a phone meeting or in person meeting, add a description and important information, and offers a paid version with even more personalization options. Koalendar has made it so easy for me to be organized and productive at work. I love it!

I have used this to help students and colleagues find times to meet with me since April of 2023. It allows me to be much more accessible to the students. It requires me to be a bit more purposeful and organized with my calendar events, and occasionally I have to cancel meetings when students sign up for times that I hadn't booked. However, I generally consider this to be a boon because its forces me to improve my scheduling. Consequently, I recommend it to everyone I work with!

My only complaint is that I wish there was an educator's price point as the pro version is a bit pricey. Luckily, I seem to be grandfathered in to a nicer configuration than the free version of today would allow (I have multiple calendars synced).

Great and straight-forward planning tool.
Even the basic, free version offers great value for simple calendar-management and booking of sessions. Easy setup and sync with different other agenda's.
