Some items I ordered were not in stock


Some items I ordered were not in stock and after ringing the company, they couldn’t tell me when they would expect a new stock.
As my order was a present it was disappointing not to have a complete set.

Our website is constantly updated and should not allow anyone to order anything that is not in stock. In this way we aim not to disappoint our customers.

We can see that you did leave a note on your order to ask to advise you when the Carving Knife from the range was back in stock.
