Poor quality of shoes and no customer service
I do not recommend buying anything from this shop.
I ordered a pair of tennis shoes in January (order number KSEU-50285). The shoes arrived with a defect, so I had to return them immediately without ever using them. If they had not been defective, I would have kept them.
However, customers are required to pay a return fee for all items, even those with obvious defects. Since the quality was not acceptable and I could not use the shoes on the court, I had no choice but to send them back.
I returned the shoes on January 30. On February 5, K-Swiss sent an automatic confirmation that they had received my package. In the same message, they promised a refund within 5–10 business days. Since then, I have not heard anything from K-Swiss, even though I have sent an email politely requesting an update and reimbursement of the return shipping cost.
To summarize:
1. I received poor-quality shoes.
2. I had to pay the return fee despite the defect.
3. K-Swiss has not kept their promise to issue the refund.

Ho dato due stelle solo perché in passato ho acquistato diverse paia di scarpe e mi sono sempre trovato bene, altrimenti avrei dato una stella sola. Sull’ultimo ordine effettuato probabilmente è andato tutto storto e cioè: ho effettuato un ordine e dopo un paio di settimane mi è stato comunicato che l’articolo non erapiù disponibile e mi è stato annullato l’ordine concedendomi uno sconto se avessi effettuato un nuovo ordine di un altro articolo, quindi
ho effettuato l’ordine se nonché quando mi è arrivato il pacco nella scatola, non c’erano le scarpe. Ho scritto più volte per contestare quanto è avvenuto, ma dopo un mese ancora non mi avevano risolto il problem le mie a, allorché sono dovuto intervenire con la contestazione tramite PayPal che mi ha riconosciuto la ragione e mi ha rimborsato immediatamente dell’importo dovuto.

Lange Lieferzeit und komplizierte Rückabwicklung trotz gutem Produkt
Ich habe zwei Paar Schuhe in unterschiedlichen Größen bestellt, da ich unsicher war, welche Größe passt. Bereits der Versand hat ungewöhnlich lange gedauert – ich musste deutlich länger auf die Lieferung warten als erwartet.
Ein Paar habe ich zurückgeschickt. Dafür musste ich die Rücksendekosten selbst tragen, was aus meiner Sicht heute nicht mehr zeitgemäß ist. Noch problematischer war jedoch die Rückabwicklung: Diese gestaltete sich sehr langwierig und kompliziert. Letztlich musste ich den Käuferschutz über PayPal in Anspruch nehmen, um mein Geld zurückzuerhalten. Auch dieser Prozess hat viel Zeit in Anspruch genommen.
Positiv ist, dass mir das Paar Schuhe, das ich behalten habe, sehr gut gefällt. Qualität und Produkt entsprechen meinen Erwartungen.
Insgesamt ist die gesamte Online-Abwicklung – sowohl im Bestellprozess als auch bei der Rücksendung und Erstattung – jedoch deutlich zu langsam und zudem mit zusätzlichen Kosten verbunden gewesen. Aus diesem Grund werde ich in diesem Online-Shop nicht erneut bestellen.

Great shoes, delayed delivery
The product (tennis shoes) were absolutely perfect, however the delivery process can be improved. Order was confirmed 1st of December 2025, shoes arrived at early January 2026 (without the socks mentioned in the promotional activity). This left me with zero options in returning goods (i.e. in case of damages in products) since kSwiss return window is 30 days. Since this was perhaps due to delayed delivery from the courier company, my suggestion is, when shipping goods in Greece to change your courier business partner to a more reliable one.

Die Bestellung lief problemlos. Rücksendung kostet allerdings 5,00 €. Zudem ist der Schuh, während er unterwegs war, noch einmal 11€ im Preis gesunken.
Ich werde demnächst wieder bei einem Reseller kaufen, nicht bei K-Swiss direkt

La livraison est assez rapide mais les retours sont au frais des acheteurs. Dans mon cas, j'avais déjà pris des baskets chez K-Swiss en T40 sans soucis alors que celles-ci étaient trop petites. Dommage je ne risque pas de reprendre des autres pour qu'elles soient aussi trop petites.

Meine 1. Bestellung bei K-Swiss
Ich habe das 1. Mal bei K-Swiss bestellt und kannte die Marke nur vom Hören/Sagen. Der BEstellprozess verlief problemlos und der Erhalt der ware erfolgte nach wenigen Tagen. Das Beste aber sind die Schuhe, diese sind derart leicht und bequem, dass man diese gar nicht mehr ausziehen möchte. Wenn das so bleibt, war das garantiert nicht meine letzte Bestellung bei K-Swiss. Daher mein Fazit: 5 verdiente Sterne!
