Could not cancel before shipping the…
Could not cancel before shipping the delivery. Also the shoes are half a size short for the brand. And that is why I wanted to avoid this risk and cancel. When it arrived it was confirmed that it was short. The customer service could not stop the shipping in spite the shipping took hours to ship and I cancelled in the same hour I ordered (and I took sometime because there is no place to cancel...weel visibile...in spite of it saying you can cancel...I had to search the website)!!

We’re sorry to hear about your experience. Once an order is placed, it is immediately transmitted to our warehouse, where it is processed and prepared for shipment without delay. For this reason, we are unfortunately unable to stop or cancel an order after it has been confirmed, even if the request is made shortly after.
We also appreciate your comments regarding sizing and the cancellation process visibility, and we will take them into consideration as we work to improve our customer experience.
