DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY This customer has zero customer service. I ordered a humidor for a gift two weeks prior to the date. Plenty of time. 8 days later they emailed me about the proof for the engraving and then proceed to take 3 days to figure it out. Now we're three days from the date and want to charge me $70 additional to ship it to me. I state that they should pay for some of it but they send me a pathetic email how they've decided to part ways. Here is a copy of it.
"We’ve given your request and feedback a great deal of thought, and while we truly appreciate your order and the time you’ve taken to reach out, we feel that we may not be the best fit for what you're looking for in this instance.

To avoid any further frustration on your end, we’ve gone ahead and canceled your order and issued a full refund, including the design proof fee. You’ll receive a confirmation email shortly, and the funds should return to your original payment method within 3–5 business days, depending on your bank.

Please know this decision wasn’t made lightly — our goal is always to provide a smooth, positive experience, and when it becomes clear that we may not be able to meet expectations, we believe it’s fairest to step back rather than risk further disappointment."

If I could rate it 0 stars I would. This company is an absolute scam! 0 customer service. They took my money over a month and a half ago and still haven't received anything, not even an update. Terrible company that is just a bunch of scammers. Don't waste your money

Bought and paid fo$352.98 for 3 cutting boards through Etsy. Did not receive product or communication from Etsy or Kustom Products even though sent several emails. I think it's a scam.

I ordered a hoodie from this site and I only received a digital copy of the Kustom design. I have been trying for the past 3 weeks to get in contact with someone from the site and no one will get back to me. I tried reaching out to Lauren, the lady who originally reached out to me regarding my product. However, when I tried to reach out to her again with the same email she contacted me with earlier, her email was unable to be reached, as if the email address had been deleted. The actual Kustom graphic is great but I spent $80 on a product that I have not received and can't get in touch with someone for a tracking number to know if it is being shipped or not. I am disappointed with the contact us on the website, because it says that you will be reached via email if a response isn't given and the window closes. I have not received any email, I have not been contacted, and I am extremely disappointed in the professionalism and business practices of this group. I hope a member of this group will see this and reach out to me regarding my order and it's status, which is currently non-existent.

The art looked amazing and the follow up communication was great until I approved the image they sent. After that it kinda went quiet and starting to approach a month since starting the process. Still have high hopes for the shirt I ordered.

The artists did a great job capturing my family. They were also great at making changes as requested!

Horrible. They sent a proof that needed a couple of changes. After a few days, I emailed customer service. Two weeks later I FINALLY heard back and was told they'd already sent it, but they would be happy to resend it. Its been another two weeks, and nothing.

Great job thank you for the time you took to make this.

Order #5223 which was a digital print on canvas still has not arrived despite being ordered roughly a month ago (May 2023). I understand I was late on an email by a few days to confirm but I have responded since and still have not heard back nor gotten my canvas print.

Missed a detail that was mentioned in the description, but it was quickly fixed. Everything was delivered within the time expected.
Overall good experience, and great final product.

The artwork finally turned out great after requesting the same change three times. This change was in the original description and in photos. It’s also been three weeks since I approved the artwork and I have not received an email about it shipping. I’ve emailed one customer service representative and reached out via the website. I have yet to hear back either way. The artwork is good but the customer service is severely lacking. If my artwork is never shipped they basically just stole the upcharge and are refusing to answer me.

There were some issues with customer service and unresponsiveness but in the end, the product is of great quality and I'm very happy I did it.

The quality of the product and art is fantastic. They really do care for every detail and the process is faster than I expected. I had no issues at all and it was an excellent purchase and experience, definitely worth it!

Turned out amazing! I was a little intimidated thinking about how to communicate what I would like. They did everything perfect on the first try! My order had three people and three dogs. Loved it! If they had more options, I would order more.

The artist whitewashed a BIPOC person and when asked twice, did not make changes to that person’s skin color that would be more accurate. Reached out to the email provided to try and get it corrected or money back but no response.

I ordered an image & a canvas. I approved the image within 48hrs of the order. That was great turn around! But, I ordered a canvas & it still hasn't shipped. Ordered Jan 20. Today is Feb 12. This order was for Valentine's Day. The responses I've received is they are working on it & I'll receive a tracking number when it's complete. I'm hoping I'm not being scammed but at this point I don't have faith I'll receive what I've paid for.

Lauren and her team were amazing.. My grandaughter wanted a Rick and Morty poster with her her dad and the dog, for her dad for Christmas. She wanted a different facial expression. Lauren and her team made it happen. My grandaughter loved giving this to her dad.. Thank you Kustom gifts for a beautiful memory!!
