I am really happy with the services especially with our SSM, Jigisha. She has been able to answer our questions and provided us with resources that we would have difficulty finding on our own. Kyros platform has a lot to offer if the student and parents are willing to spend their time on it. Making a college list was so much easier by just putting in some information. Many counselors would have asked for hundreds of dollars to help a student with just the college list. Hope our essay process gives us equally satisfying experience.

I think that the unique blend of AI assistance and human counselors makes the entire college counseling system significantly more efficient than before, simplifying tedious steps with the help of SSMs.

We are still in the process of evaluating the long‑term value of Kyros for our high‑schooler, but our recent experience has been encouraging. With the addition of our new Student Success Manager, Jigisha P, we have seen a noticeable boost in energy and focus.
