I like my counselor. I like the services I can access. Kyros is good

The 1:1 sessions are helpful because the counselor helps you directly with your goals, and even follows up with a list of programs/activities that you can look in too after the meeting

I've been using Kyros for a little more than a year and I can say its decent. They have lots of resources through their platform which is nice, but I found navigating their interface was quite difficult and confusing at first. The most useful part would be their 1:1 counseling sessions which I find really informative and useful. Other workshops that they offer are generally hit or miss, some can be useful but for the most part they're not anything extraordinary. I do wish that they restricted less higher level programs/workshops with another paywall since you're already paying for the Kyros platform. Other than that though, I'd say its pretty well rounded for an online counseling/college preparation platform.

I like this program a lot because there are many caring people out there. They lead the way during this journey and made things much easier. It is important to let them see where you need to be in a few years. So it is beneficial to sign up early in high school instead of just the senior year.

As a former user and now a TA at Kyros AI, I can say that the people at Kyros truly do care and want to help you with your college experience.

Working with Kyros has been an incredible experience. My mentor, Jen Liang, was always supportive, patient, and insightful. She responded to my questions quickly and accurately, and even helped me arrange a last-minute one-on-one session before my Early Action submission when I forgot to book in advance. Her warmth, professionalism, and dedication made the entire process much smoother.

The personalized feedback and step-by-step guidance truly helped me stay organized and confident throughout my college application journey. I’m very grateful for Jen’s help and would highly recommend Kyros to any student looking for expert, caring, and thoughtful college advising.

This shit program made us so frustrated. After two years we can't figure out how to use it. After dealing with the Kyros one year they can't transfer the owner from my husband to me.

She’s also amazing at breaking things down and organizing key points into notes, which she promptly updates in the profile.

Yxxxyxxx Cheung, the Marketing Director at Kyros, posted an advertisement for the company on a Facebook post I created in a public group—without my permission. After doing so, she deliberately blocked me, making it impossible for me to contact her to request the removal of her message. This behavior is not only unprofessional, but also disrespectful.

My family tried to reach out to her on my behalf two days ago, and she ignored the message and then blocked her as well. Despite multiple attempts to resolve the situation privately, she has not apologized or taken any responsibility. Instead, she offered excuses and refused to engage in a respectful dialogue.

This is not acceptable conduct from someone representing your company, especially in a leadership role. I urge Kyros’ management and executive team to investigate this matter and hold her accountable. She should remove the post immediately and issue a formal apology.

If this is not addressed, I will consider bringing the matter to public attention through media outlets and additional reviews. As a representative of your brand, Ms. Cheung's actions reflect poorly on your company and undermine its credibility. Her misuse of public forums to promote your services, while silencing and blocking those affected, is unethical and unprofessional.

Kyros has a lot of features built into one membership, making the price overall worth it. What I personally found the most helpful was the SSMs. My SSM, Heather, really took the extra mile and helped me throughout my course selection process, college list, and even filling out my Common App. I highly recommend this platform, it is very worth the price and I wouldn't be where I am without it.

Kyros escorted the whole process during my daughter’s college application. The Sunday seminars and spring programs given by prestigious presenters invited by Kyros carefully arranged for many essential steps in a timely manner. They are very informative and educational which helped her to stay on track. The student success manager (SSM) is very experienced for both the college application and how to interact with teenager students. She tried to accommodate my daughter’s schedule to provide as much help as she can to get her into her dream school that fits her. She is patient and always give wise information and conveyed concisely and effectively in the meeting. I am grateful that my daughter could have Kyros as an efficient and dynamically individualized resource platform.

I bought a two-year Kyros membership for my son, and I am thoroughly impressed! The site has comprehensive AI navigation system & expert support at every step during his college application. A designated student success manager worked with him as soon as he joined Kyros. Each Sunday, not just the student, but also the parents can select to register for some webinars and listen to expert insights in college application. Kyros also provides FutureYou lab, where student can choose to register for multiple programs that they like. My son joined the community research program and the summer internship, which transformed his passions to spaces beyond the classroom and led him to solve real-life challenges. I like the Sprint Programs a lot. Kyros offers about 30 programs for high school students, including personalized assessments and benchmarks, college & majors, personal development, academic planning, SAT/ACT Prep, essays, extracurriculars, etc. The programs are provided based on students needs and they are very helpful. Kyros website has a clean and intuitive layout that makes it easy to navigate. The content is engaging and informative. Overall, Kyros is a well-designed powerful tool to prepare high school students for the journey to their dream colleges. I would highly recommend Kyros to all high school students.

We are very thankful for the support and resources Kyros has provided. College prep and application is a long journey.
We really like the sprints, which are very well designed to guide and support the students on what and how to do at the right timing. Sunday webinars are so informative that help the parents aware of the trend and opportunities. It gives us good understanding and blueprint to prepare for college application.
Kyros counselor and student success manager are very supportive and responsive. They provided the timely college list review, application review and constructive feedback to help the student make the polished application package.
Kyros AI college search is super helpful for us to build the college list. It's one-stop to get the needed info for all colleges. It saved me so much time.
Kyros played an important role supporting my child getting to his dream college with dream major.

My son joined Kyros AI in the senior year and he said he found it is not useful and soon stopped use it all together. Probably it just doesn't fit him. I hoped to get some refund and was told based on their policy, I am not eligible since our membership is just one year.

Later I did get helps in financial aid stage. Now look back, I think overall Kyros worth it.
