Ik koos mijn boeket uit, met persoonlijk bericht, een knuffel en een balon, ik wilde het voor valentijnsdag laten bezorgen, op een tijdstip na het werk van mijn vriendin, door mijn haastige gedoe, boekte ik perongeluk voor 14 januari in plaats van februari, dit allemaal opgelost via de mail, mijn vriendin woont in een relatief klein dorp, de website mailde mij om meer informatie te krijgen over de bezorgplek, een google maps link of dergelijke, ik gaf deze en mijn order werd verder behandeld, ik wachtte met spanning af met updates van bezorging. Wegens drukte zou dit kunnen vertragen, dus ik kreeg alleen een update dat mijn boeket in elkaar gezet werd, i werd nerveus, ik vertelde mijn vriendin niks en deed alsof ik van valentijnsdag niks wist, mijn boeket werd netjes en op tijd bezorgd op het aangegeven adres met alles erop en eraan, ik ben zeer zeer tevreden, duizendmaal dank, ik ben tienduizend kilometer verwijderd van mijn vriendin en hierdoor is mijn blijdschap vergroot

No los recomiendo, no pudieron hacer una entrega y me robaron 17 dólares en la devolución

El arreglo no se parecía en nada al de la foto, el estado de las flores dejó mucho que desear, la presentación de la tarjeta también. No le ponen la seriedad que merece la situación, sobre todo porque no son nada baratos los arreglos.

Vivo en Austria y desde 2021 envío flores a México a través de La Florería de México. La primera vez que usé su servicio fue en un momento muy difícil: mi papá acababa de fallecer y, por las restricciones del COVID, los velorios eran muy cortos. Calculé mal el tiempo de entrega y las flores no llegaron a la funeraria a tiempo.
Llamé a la florería explicando la situación, y de inmediato me ofrecieron cambiar la dirección de entrega para enviar la corona a casa de mi mamá. Incluso me preguntaron si prefería cambiar la corona por un arreglo más adecuado para acompañar la urna. Todo esto lo hicieron con una gran amabilidad, empatía y sin cobrar nada extra.
Ese gesto significó muchísimo para mí, ya que era la única forma en la que podía estar presente desde la distancia. El arreglo fue hermoso y me hizo sentir cerca de mi familia en ese momento tan doloroso.
Desde entonces, siempre confío en La Florería de México, sobre todo para fechas especiales como el Día de las Madres o el cumpleaños de mi mamá. Siempre han sido puntuales, atentos y muy profesionales. ¡Muchas gracias por tanto!

Worst company i ever used to send flowers, most likely scam, after making the order they sent me automated msg on whatsapp saying they need a screenshot of my bank transaction, then after providing that they said we need a picture of your card then after providing that they said we need picture of your ID, as unsafe that sound i had no choice, it's fiancé's birthday and she's in cabo with friends, so I sent that and they wouldn't respond saying it's after business hours, so on the morning they suppose to deliver i call them after being on hold for an hour, they say my order was canceled for security reasons, they didn't tell me this yesterday so I could make another order with another company, now they have all my info ID picture of card bank account and most likely they going scam my info

I had already been charged over $100 for the order. But the email didn’t say anything about giving me a refund. I sent them several emails, which they never responded to. I attempted to call and couldn’t get through to a live person. They never issued a refund. I finally turned it over to my credit card company as a charge dispute.
