No pudieron entregar en la fecha y horario requerido, por una revisión de calidad que mencionan, si se programó con tiempo. Se acordó entregar en otro lugar antes de las 3pm y tampoco llegaron

I have been using their services to send flowers in Mexico for a couple of years and they have always been excellent! I place orders from overseas and it's always been a smooth process. The flowers are super high quality, and the gift selection is great as well. Prices are reasonable and they deliver on time and provide prompt updates along the way. Their customer service is very responsive, friendly and really easy to work with. Overall, I've been very happy with their flower delivery and I'd highly recommend them for any occasion!

Es una estafa, robo y tratan de robar tu identidad, si estás pensando en realizar un pedido por favor abstente de hacerlo, nunca entregaron mi pedido y cuando me comuniqué el servicio al cliente me comentaron que no entregarían mi pedido si no envío foto de mi id, foto del id de la persona que va a recibir el pedido y foto de la tarjeta con la que se realizó el pedido, además de solicitar información que claramente viola la protección de datos del consumidor, fueron groseros cuando me rehuse a enviar esa información, ya que de hecho ya había enviado el comprobante de pago que habían solicitado. Por favor no realicen pagos ni compra por esta página, solo espero que en algún momento cierren este comercio para que dejen de estafar a más personas

had a very disappointing experience with Premium Florist. Their website clearly misrepresents both their delivery areas and methods. I placed an order expecting timely delivery within the listed coverage zone, only to find out later that they could not fulfill it as promised.

What made things worse was their refund system. Instead of processing a straightforward refund after failing to deliver, they made the process unnecessarily complicated and slow. Communication was vague, and it felt like they were deliberately avoiding responsibility.

This experience felt misleading and unprofessional. If a company cannot honor its delivery commitments, it should at least handle refunds transparently and efficiently. Unfortunately, Premium Florist failed on both fronts.

I would not recommend this service to anyone looking for reliability or honesty.

Un servicio muy bueno, entregaron las flores en tirmpo y forma. Avisaron que habían llegado.

Primera orden y crear la orden fue fácil y la entrega justo lo acordado. Servicio de entrega al tiempo previsto y fui informada de la entrega un poquito tarde pero informada. El arreglo fue tal cual mostrado en su página “ hermoso”. Y ya tengo una muy buena opción para enviar flores!! 🌹 Gracias!! ☺️
