Lampemesteren.com レビュー

Fast delivery and great value. Would recommend.

The service was exceptional - fast processing and arrived in just a few days even outside mainland Europe without having to pay extra. Item was packed in a very secure way. Highly recommended.

Very good customer service. Everything arrived safely and on time. I’m delighted with my order

I was happy with the follow up information on delivery and the quick time to receipt of the package.

I was surpried to find out that the light does not allow or change of light source. Perhaps this is a new thing, but I would like to be warned of this for future purchases. It seems uneconomical and environmentally unfriendly.

We are extremely happy with our pendants. Thank you!

I found this company in an online search for an unusual lamp. Their price wasn’t the lowest I found, but was very competitive - and they include free bulbs with the lamp. Most importantly, they had numerous positive reviews from a variety of sources.
Ordering online was straightforward, and went smoothly.
The company is based in Denmark, and we live in Kansas, so shipping was pretty expensive, considerably more than I’d normally consider paying, but I have no idea what overseas shipping costs. User reviews again factored into the decision to go ahead with the purchase.
They sent a confirmation email immediately after I ordered, which was on a Sunday evening. The next day I received an email that the order had shipped, with a tracking number. To my great surprise, the estimated arrival was in TWO days! I was very skeptical, but tracking updates notified me it would be delivered on Wednesday. Sure enough, Wednesday afternoon it arrived. Considering the covid related shipping crisis the country is in, the delivery time was phenomenal.
The lamp was well packaged for travel, in it’s original sealed box within the shipping box, and the extra bulbs were included in original sealed packaging. I am extremely impressed with the company and its merchandise, and wouldn’t hesitate to purchase from them again.

Quick shipment , great packing and great customer service! This was my third purchase from Lampemesteren and never disappointed!!

Fast delivery and immediate response were very good. However, you didn't give me the light bulb that you were supposed to send with me.

Had the original PH Lamp spare part I needed in stock and arranged for fast delivery to the UK. Even with customs / VAR charges prices was reasonable. Good communication through order-to-delivery process Highly recommended.

The information requested was provided with extreme accuracy and fastness. Very professional company.

Received my item ordered from EU and delivered to Chicago, USA within a week.
Love my Fat Boy light and it came in perfect condition. well done.

I ordered Sunday and had my lamps delivered in Canada Thursday. Excellent, speedy service - highly recommended.

Excellent through and through. Item was well packaged and delivered 3 days sooner than predicted via UPS, which was appreciated. Completely satisfied with this transaction.

Bought a lamp and the color was different from one I bought previously. They sent another one and it had the same issue. I returned both and exchanged for a different color. This process was seamless and quick. What a great customer experience. One of the better customer service experiences I've had on the web. Great company.

They answered my questions very fast, prices were exceptional and shipping was cheap and also very fast! I’m located in Canada, and the 5 lamps I bought got delivered less than a week after I completed the purchase. On a 930 euros order, I paid 70 euros for shipping and only 200 CAD of customs fees. I 100% will recommend to friends.

Shipping is very fast and informative - lots of detail are provided as to what is happening with your order. My items arrived within 3 days to Canada. Unfortunately one of my pendants arrived damaged but the customer service team provided a resolution quickly. Excellent shopping experience!

Saw these lamps on a recent holiday and thought they were really unique. Found that this German company had them at the lowest price and had most of the colours actually in stock. Great customer service, it arrived on time and well packaged. It looks great on my fireplace.

I’m super happy with my light from lampemesteren.com :)
And it arrived in no time all the way to Iceland 👏👏
