Landis was a life saver for me and my family. When my landlord told us we had to move, we were having the hardest time finding another rental due to our struggling credit scores and our need to bring our dog who is a part of the family. My husband heard about Landis and it sounded like a great opportunity so we immediately applied. I started the application on 2/16 and I remember thinking there’s no way these ppl are going to help us find a home and have us moving within a month or so like the website said. Well I was wrong! We got approved, searched for a property and had Landis close on the home we chose for our family by 3/28! We now have our keys and are moving into a beautiful home in the area we wanted to be in!! It still seems too good to be true. We are forever grateful for Landis. We are excited about continuing this process and purchasing our home from Landis and it feels so great to know that Landis has the same goal for us. Special thanks goes out to Julio who was there from the start and helped me with everything I needed to make this happen!

My experience with utilizing Landis to obtain my new dwelling was quite interesting and at times, emotionally challenging. Being that this is my first time hearing about and being in Landis' home buyer's program, I truly do not have a solid review just yet. Once my contract matures, I will then have a better, more solid review to give.

In my career as a real estate agent, I have helped hundreds of families in the Greater Philadelphia area begin their dream of being first-time and/or first-generation home buyers, and no program has helped me help clients more in fulfilling this calling than Landis!

It's a huge injustice that the homebuying process and all of the many factors involved in it isn't taught in our school system, and in the past, when I begin to educate clients about the mortgage process and they were more than 3 months away from being able to be prequalified for a mortgage, I'd have to help them secure a rental. Great program helped me out a bunch

The process of working with Landis was a good experience. The representative that worked with us was awesome. Bre worked with us and answered any questions we had. The only issue we had was the knob and tube wiring stipulation. We missed out on a few houses due to the type of wiring they had. We worked through it and found a place.

My experience was great, fast and easy. Although I’m still in the rent with option phase, I have no doubt it will go even smoother when time to purchase. The agreement was detailed. Great program for me cause I’m self employed. Will update again once I purchase from Landis.

I found an ad on Facebook about rent
to buy, then homeownership, i was skeptical at first, did some research! I filled out the application and was approved! I was asked for my budget of a house. They gave me a realtor that i just loved, she was great! We went to open houses and then i found the home i wanted. I put down my down payment and the seller accepted! Now I'm living in my home and i just love it!!!

Landis really helped to make our dreams of being a home owner come true! From start to finish they were awesome. I must be honest, I did not care much for the title company that they use (and all the issue were not the title company's fault. But they could have done a better job communicating)! Overall we are very proud and pleased with the 2 people we were in contact with Bre and Scott. They are AWESOME! Would I do it over again with Landis if I had to "Yes I would"!

The person who is helping me is good with communication, and answers all of my questions efficiently. I worked with a regular mortgage company at first and was approved for a mortgage. I read about Landis and decided to see if it would be helpful in my journey for home ownership. The offer that I received for a mortgage is not ennough to afford a decent home. When I looked at the map of areas that you can look for a home, homes in Philadelphia is not on the map. I live in Philadelphia. I don't understand how any of this is helpful. Also, all of the normal things that are availabe to you for assistance wasn't mentioned. The FHA program which will assist you and the first time home buyers program which will also assist you.

The process journey of trying to become a homeowner can be intimidating to most who have not done it before. My choice of partnering with Landis in order to make this journey, was one of the best decisions that I ever made. Throughout the process they were transparent, supportive and provided a great customer service experience. If I had to do over, I would still choose to go through Landis versus some of the other companies out there that are marketing the same form of service, but I can tell you as I did my research prior to making my decision, Landis has the best operating business model for those that are close to being able to qualify for a home, but may need a little more time. My team was awesome and would recommend them to anyone that is looking to follow the Landis process journey to owning a home.

The whole experience has been wonderful. The company as a whole is very responsive to emails and texts. Julio my agent was a joy to work with. He responds quick to queries and is knowledgeable. He took the time to respond to all my questions, and worked with me on getting me an increased approval amount. Unfortunately the increase was not enough for the neighborhood I was looking for, I decided to put a hold until I can get what I really need. Even after I informed him of my decision to halt the process, he still offered his assistance for future needs. What I appreciate the most is the stress free process. There’s nothing worse than dealing with unresponsive partners in an adventure such as getting a first home for a middle to low income family.
