My experience with Landis was Good But Jeffery made it Great he’s very consistent very helpful communication is 1,000. He went above in beyond to help me close on this home and I’m so happy about that. Jeffery worked with me while he was on Family Vacation to help me close. He’s the Best will refer him to anybody he stayed on me about my credit told me what I need to do and we executed the plan now I own my Dream Home.Landis is a Good Program to experience with Jeffery Help

We found Landis in 2022 through our realtor who attended a session about the program. In this tough market of limited housing and increased requirements for mortgage approval, we could not have done it without Landis. We closed on our home May 21st. Landis gave us the peace of mind needed and really guided us for the last several years so that we could become mortgage ready. Jeffrey and Noah never gave up on us and we are now “home”. Thank you Landis !

Are you running a business or stealing from prepaid users
I bought R150 last month because I still had enough kw, this month to be exact today I bought R250 and only received 28kw. What the hell is going on. We are on solar and do not use much electricity. How can you justify taking R232. For 28kw. This is theft to the height's order. We are not the owner of the prepaid meter and we are just buying to make you and the landlord rich....🧟🧟🧟

All so bad, give wrong sized portions yet still charged me more!! Went inside today with my boyfriend, he had asked for more stuff too and yet nothing came along with our order, scums

I am actually not rating this company as I have not had the opportunity to work with them yet. How do you all get in touch with them , Ive been emailing and calling since 12/2023 and no one has reached out to me at all. What numbers to do all you have to get in touch with them?

Landis was very informative and how to obtain homeownership. This program is great; gives you a step by step guide to obtain a home. The program is great way to save for a down payment and also live in your home during this process. I want to give a special thanks to Jeffrey Veras at Landis. He was so kind and very informative and walked me through the process. Without him I would have been so lost; confused and overwhelmed during the homeowner process . He made sure I was on top of things, very helpful with providing all the information required to purchase a home. I have purchased my new home and now a homeowner thanks to Landis.

My experience with Landis was great!
Due to an unfortunate situation and being forced to move my family very quickly, a mortgage just wasn't doable. I researched and found Landis and I am so glad I did! Everyone I communicated with was wonderful. I had the privilege of having Jeffrey as my coach. I can't say enough good things about him. He was responsive, knowledgeable and patient. He truly made this entire process less stressful. Thank you, Jeffrey!

Although we had no clue how this home ownership program would work, we decided to jump in head first. By trusting the process & following our coaches directions, we were able to obtain ownership within the 11 month period we had planned. The Landis experience was great!!

Everything with Landis went smoothly. There’s always going to be hiccups in a process like this but Landis dealt with things fairly and took care of us. I was a little skeptical at first but the experience was great! Jeffrey did a great job of communicating and working through the process with us.

I had the pleasure of working with Mr. Jeffrey Veras or Mr.Awesome as what I like to call him. He made everything very transparent and handle every obstacle that came out way. He is quick to respond and it did not matter when I needed help, he was always available. Landis is lucky to have such a hard working advocate for their business and I hope everyone gets him.

Landis is amazing! Not only would I recommend it to my clients who just need a little more time to purchase their dream home, but I used them myself! Being self employed can cause some home buying challenges. But Landis proved to be a great interim process for me! They were helpful and accommodating as needed!

Landis was a great program. My coach Aly was amazing! I found Landis to be fair and so helpful. They worked so hard to help me graduate the program. People were so worried about me using a rent to own program to buy my home but after extensive research and now my experience I have become convinced. Landis is the best alternative to purchasing a home flat out. For anyone who may need a little bit of help and time but really are determined to see themselves in their dream home this is a great program.

I am currently under lease at a property. I’m trying to speak to someone about my account, lease everything. I was recently put on unpaid medical leave and was waiting for assistance on getting last months rent but needed an eviction notice. With speaking to my finance coach and letting her know what all was going on the whole time. So this month rolls around and I’m told that a notice would be sent out on the 6th, never told if I lapse I would automatically be kicked out of the house. I would really like to know how I could go about this whole situation.

Aly and the Landis team stood by our family through the whole process of getting ready to get a loan till closing. Communication, empthy, and fast professional guidance made our first home buying a fast semi easy process!
