Landview Surveyors レビュー

I opted for a level 3 survey and Gareth was really professional and comprehensive throughout the process. He has the knowledge and experience and provided me with some great information regarding the property as I can now use the survey information as a tool to re-negotiate the price with vendor.

Thank You Landview Surveyors.

Live in Harlow and instructed Landview on 2 properties for a valuation and survey on one, and just a valuation on the other. Both reports were well put together and met expectations with comparables and detail where needed. What set Landview apart was the customer service when arranging the inspection dates and flexibility when things out of my control changed. Excellent service!

I made contact with them on a Friday. They did the Level 2 survey on the following Wednesday and I received the very detailed report by the Friday! I wish the solicitors were as quick, efficient and as reasonably priced as the survey.

As a first-time buyer, I found the survey process quite overwhelming initially, but Landview Surveyors provided a thorough and detailed report and excellent customer service throughout.

Alex was particularly helpful in answering my follow-up questions and explaining the findings in a clear and professional manner, which gave me reassurance and helped me make informed decisions.

I would highly recommend Landview Surveyors to anyone purchasing a property, especially first-time buyers looking for a detailed survey and responsive support.

Thank you again for all your help.

Quick, simple and strong expertise - ideal.

I recently received a surveyor’s report and was extremely pleased with the service provided. The report was comprehensive, clear, and professionally presented, giving me a thorough understanding of the property’s condition. James Bonnett demonstrated excellent attention to detail, identifying key points while explaining everything in a way that was easy to understand.

The report was delivered promptly and included practical recommendations, which gave me confidence in making informed decisions. Communication throughout the process was excellent, and the surveyor was approachable and happy to answer any follow-up questions.

I would highly recommend this surveying service to anyone looking for a reliable, knowledgeable, and professional surveyor.

Having read previous reviews on trust pilot about this company can honestly say it was easy to book and navigate Landview surveyors. Kept fully up to date from start to finish, ease of report understanding. And very swift detailed report. Would highly recommend.

Such a thorough and meticulous survey - identified some very real issues with the property, could not recommend more

Michelle has been very helpful throughout the whole process, even after the survey was done. Survey dome by Yan Li was very detailed.

Excellent company.
Communicate very well and keep you updated.
Survey was very thorough and received in a very timely manor.

Recently had a survey on a house undertaken it was very detailed and helpful. I had a follow up phone call with Gareth who provided me with a sound knowledge of the property

Good communications, quick response to do the inspections and kept us informed at every stage, exceptionally detailed report, and happy to answer any questions, and provided quick answers, would definitely use again.

Everything smooth and quick. Really friendly service, easy to book and arrange. Arrived at the stated time on the day and didn't rush like other surveyors we've experienced. Their report is extremely thorough, well-explained, and their valuation well-researched.
Just excellent.

Professional, polite and excellent communication

Kept informed throughout the process, easy and very intuitive.

Very reliable, friendly and professional service, thank you.

We had a very good and thorough survey completed for a 3 bedroom domestic property. The recommendations were also very clear and useful (we will be following up with these too). Olivia was helpful and prompt throughout the process. Price was also reasonable (I thought).

The process of requestiong the survey online was easy. I didn't have to wait long before a surveyor was able to visit the property I wanted to buy and the report came back quickly. It was a very thorough report and it saved me proceeding with a house purchase that would have cost me a lot of extra money in putting right various issues.

I’m really happy with the service provided. Rachael was very responsive and helpful and the survey was very detailed and informative. James, our surveyor, talked us through the details and answered all of our follow up questions on a call afterwards. Really solid work and customer service.

My initial contact with Landview and survey booking process was good. Michelle was delightful. My report came back in less time than suggested and that’s where the positives end.
By their own (David’s) admission their survey report was ‘misleading’ and it contained various inaccuracies. After contacting a building contractor (as was suggested by the report) and also the house builder it became apparent that the report had errors and important omissions.
On speaking to the Principal Surveyor this was acknowledged. I received a rewritten report which was notably different to the original, along with a cursory apology from the initial surveyor. I’d avoid using this company again. If it’s too late for you, I’d question and fact check what is written down if you are in any doubt.
